  1. I have called this office 4 times in 2 days for a prescription to be called in that was supposed to be called in a week ago! It still has not been done so I will have to go into the office tomorrow and pick it up myself. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous.

  6. All of these MPCP are ridiculous. The doctors are sneaky and try to write up extra reports so that you are charged for it. Front staff is overworked. Dr.Rhodes from the Pasadena location is rude. I am just done

  7. I love this place, Dr.Carter is the best. I have been going to her for years. She’s a great listener and she always evaluates me thoroughly. The staff upfront is also very nice. Thank you guys for being a great office!

  8. Very quick and easy even during Covid times. They also do blood work in house during your annual physical, so no need to go anywhere else! Plus use of online portal for quick lab results and messaging.
