We here at MLA care about our patients and provide excellent medical care. I am appalled that a disgruntled terminated employee would be able to rate us poorly and give a tainted view of the good people who make up the staff at Mass Lung & Allergy.
Horrible experience the staff are rude and obnoxious. When you call they never answer the phone it’s like patients don’t matter. The only reason I even went there is Bcz of the doctor who is really nice. If I could rate zero stars I would. But the one star is for the doctor

This whole process is Ludicrous. This is the only way to get a C-pac. I can’t imagine what insurance pays to go through this whole process it seems more like big business. I lowed my c-pac but now it’s recalled. Could be dangerous wait a year to get a new one.
