Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Reviews ( 32 )

  1. If you need to get somewhere, take the MBTA, it will get you there… most of the time. Though frankly I enjoy the rides with angry bus drivers as they tend to get me to my final destination more promptly.

  2. MBTA shamelessly removed perfectly legal ads showing the dispossession of Palestine by Israel. This is free speech and MBTA is just another willing collaborator in the extinction of Palestinian life at the behest of American Zionists and the community that supports this.

  3. An incompetent service. The third od july and the morons reported that service would be the same as the fourth. Now at 1:19 am they are saying this is the last train rather than 2:30. The service is run by incompetents with overpaid morons that couldnt pass high school. An unfortunate review of boston competence.

  4. It’s a love-hate relationship, really, mostly depending on how one’s daily commute goes.
The stations are dirty, and some of the lines are ridiculously overcrowded, That all being said I must admit that I love riding this subway system.

  5. It is so sad they closed Government Center. My trip to the airport is so much more convoluted now. It is uncertain whether or not the renovations will be worth closing for two years. I hope it is, because closing the station creates a major hassle.

  6. Great services, and good customer service as well. Esther at the CharlieCard store downtown was very busy with multiple duties and customers but still found the time and kindness to help us out one-on-one. My respect, MBTA.

  7. Merry Chriistmas and the best New Year for the Transportation in Boston and the new manager. She will have to work very hard to help the seniors and the disable people who are part of the everyday MBTA. Again my best wishes to her and everyone who works for the team.

  8. I was pleased with the system overall. I rode the redline ten times and the ferry from Charlestown Navy Yard to Waterfront once. I have a big bulky stroller I had to lug up and down escalators and stairs at the Wollaston stop. Most other …

  9. The MBTA is the transportation equivalent to a 1 legged blind man competing in the 100m dash at the olympics. You know it isn’t getting there on time before you even show up-except the MBTA smells a whole lot worse. I’d have a good chance …

  10. The MBTA is a fairly wheelchair-accessible public transit system in terms of infrastructure provision and operator training. My issue is with the interagency safety and security policies within the stations. I watched a dude OD at Downtown …

  11. The #mbta does a great job maintaining a level of consistency with their bus schedules. As a bus commuter one thing strikes me with respect to the general public. Specifically those who take the bus. Keep in mind those who clean or drive …

  12. Living in the Boston area, everyone has complaints about the MBTA. But if you have ever traveled anywhere else, Boston’s transit system tops a lot of other major cities. The MBTA provides usually very quick/reliable service to almost any location you can think of. The prices may go up, but so isn’t the price of everything else.

  13. The MBTA In all is a good service, With the recent fair hike in order to provide money to for work to get done, its what needed to happen to improve systems and the ts programibility. Its very helpful on the red line now to have the train …

  14. This transportation system I can hardly associate with such wealthy and advanced city as Boston. Buses don’t come on schedule, sometimes waiting for 40-50 mins while it should run every 15-20 mins. Subway is dirty and poorly organized. HVAC …

  15. As being an Asian, I was punched and slapped in the MBTA commuter just because I said “I can watch anywhere I can”. The MBTA just asked the criminal to say sorry to me without doing anything else. They even said if I would sue the criminal I could have more troubles. Mass gov, MassTOD, and MBTA discriminate Asian always.

  16. We visited Boston for the first time and were told how easy it was to get around on the subway and bus systems not knowing what we’re getting into we were a little nervous leaving our car at the hotel. Everything we had heard was true it …

  17. I was waiting on a bus, it was almost freezing out. My fiancé gave me the wrong card and on Tuesday February 15th operator 1940 was incredibly professional time was 6:19 PM. You need better drivers like him.

  18. The MBTA ran for over a year during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic!
They didn’t shut down or hide! They did us all a huge favor by staying open so essential workers and people without cars could still make it to work, …

  19. I post tía Charlie Card because it’s a combo card. Is the most important transportation ID badge tmo travel around the commonwealth of Massachusetts. By the 2000 decade, I had to use it for exploring and join the disability benefits m
