  7. I will say that our calls are taken or returned on a somewhat regular basis, I am unimpressed with DOR and the justice system not communicating as they should. I don’t understand this state and their process of dealing with investigations.

  13. Horrible always messing up every year has a system glitch that then charges double child support money need a better system this screws with me and my childs mother then cause they have to stop payments then adjust everything again and then credit me and then resume payments to her.

  15. Could not possibly give few enough stars. Rude staff, impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Constant mistakes on their part that they force you to spend your time fixing, and treat you like everything is your fault.

  21. Rude people. Business hours say Mon. – Fri. 8:30am-4:45pm. They didn’t answer the phone until 8:50. Very inconsiderate and dismissive of your situation and act like you’re putting them out to get any problems resolved. Do not call back promptly. Horrible organization, never been treated so rudely.
