For two months, I have endured incorrect information and awful customer service. They have no problem taking your money but DO NOT give you all the information on plans. They diceive and are not knowledgeable at all.

The stuff are nice and acknowledge all the time when I called them, give me the right solution in a quick time. Go HealthConnector go, also they speak spanish too and many other languages to satisfied the new customers.
Took over a month to get the simple help I needed to register. There was a tech issue and my case was sent to IT probably about 6 times with no results. I probably spoke to 25 people and had to explain the situation every time. No communication within the company. Absolute joke.

Most of the negative reviews have nothing to do with this actual office and the staff here. People who left negative comments either just don’t like government sponsored health care, or had bad experiences with the website or 800 number line. Do take care to discern the difference.
