This agency must be State run begun the drone I spoke with (Joe) was lazy, unhelpful and basically was in a hurry to get back to his coffee break. If you can somehow avoid using them, do so at all cost.
I don’t understand how in 2020 they don’t have a website that you can look up you payment and payment history. How about electronic billing?? Time for much needed upgrades!
