Bad customer service and fake bank I don’t recommend it to no one
Was in and out in less than five minutes.
0 stars if I could. Talk about rude and not helpful. Glad I didn’t open an account here.
They make you wait 2 hours before they assist you.
Logan was friendly and helpful. Hand sanitizer was available too!
The ATM seems to always have something malfunctioning, more often than not it’s a waste of time to come here.
I have been a member for a very long time and usually go to the Northridge branch. On occasion I visit the Chatsworth branch and the people are equally friendly and helpful.
Staff is always friendly and helpful; there is never more than a two-minute wait when I go, which is often. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been banking here for years now. The employees are always courteous, helpful, cheerful, and polite. Beats WF & BOA!

This place is great. I came in on a Saturday morning to make a deposit…no line. Lots of parking. Helpful tellers and a nice facility. They are going to be a nice shared branch option for me.

Had a loan with them and kept a savings account with them…they charge a $5 a month inactivity fee! I expedited those practices from a bank not a credit union.
Beware of their hidden loan fees! In order to pay off a (non-mortgage) loan, they charged me $195 in extra fees. I was unable to find a reference to the fees in my loan documents. I asked Matadors to point me to where the fees were listed …

The worst customer service and banking experience we have ever experienced. They repeatedly locked our accounts and refused to explain why, leaving us no access to our funds. Avoid this credit union at all cost. It took months to finally close our accounts due to all the hoops they make you jump through
I had two deaths back to back and tried to explain my situation and they told me that’s not my problem. Never experienced customer service like this definitely wouldn’t recommend them at all.
