Criminal customer service tactics.
A little on the high side with rates, like everything in Alaska, but when there is an outage, I can trust that it will be taken care of quickly and with excellent communication to their members. Their Facebook page as well as their app, are accurate and responsive. MEA isn’t cheap, but I trust in them as an organization.
Absolutely worst customer service and threatening tactics I have ever experienced from a sole provider of a product. This should not be legal.
