I was in for a new CPAP machine. Emily held class. Emily was very informative and helpful. She was patient with each of us and provided a very calming and comfortable atmosphere. I think all 4 in the class were just as impressed. Emily was very personable and I enjoyed my visit.
Emily was very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about the equipment and how to use it, and reorder certain replacement parts when their due for replacement. Would highly recommend using her to anyone. And the two ladies up front were also professional and very nice. Great environment with positive people.

The instructions were very detailed and informative. Adam was very knowledgeable about my new machine. By the time we had finished the session, I felt very comfortable and able to use the machine properly–unlike my visit with another employee a week or two prior when I originally received my new cpap machine.
