Incompetent and unfriendly clerks, incorrect time information posted on door. Really difficult to get them to do the simplest of tasks. As another user wrote “if you can go anywhere else, go anywhere else”.

They would never answer their phone. What a shame, kept trying for hours with nothing.
They don’t even return calls timely when trying to schedule an appointment!
Put ya in a tube with loud noise. Not many 5:star ratings for that. Staff was very nice and timely. I had zero wait time.
No customer service. No one answered phones during business hours. Waited 15 minutes in my car due to Covid-19 precautions. Left after several messages were left unanswered & watched other confused patients leave due to a lack of any response.
They were nice, but the imaging required, was not comfortable at all, and then they ended up messing me up more than before I got the imaging done.
Go anywhere else if you can. Staff (at least the girl that we spoke with) has no business working with patients in distress about their condition. Maybe she should be working at McDonalds instead, In the back…not up front with actual customers.
