  5. I have to agree. You have to know exactly what you want, when and who, call them to make sure you are scheduled and check on the follow ups yourself. They do forget to call, schedule etc etc etc.

  6. Waited with my 6 day old son for almost an hour in a waiting room full of sick kids for a simple weight check… When we asked how much longer they realized they forgot we checked in. Awesome.

  7. The loudest and most annoying radio station music complete with annoying ads. The speakers are all over your head wherever you sit. It gives you a headache. They are really sadistic and they say they can’t turn down the volume.

  8. You might die of old age while waiting to be seen by a doctor here. This place is dirty and they do not separate sick people here for appointments from non sick people. This building also has poor ventilation.

  9. Be prepared to wait! Usually takes at least a half hour before you are seen. Wish i could say it only happened once but it ALWAYS takes that long to get called. Obviously their patient’s time means absolutly nothing to them!

  23. I finally got to see this Ortho office, Casey is a PA at Dr. Berneys’s, and I have seen him 3 times and each time I felt safe and welcome and very well HEARD by all the staff. They took the time to care carefully.This office was recommended to me and I concur.
