Not helpful or friendly service
I had to pay hundreds of dollars for “sewage” after our water main broke – none of that water even made it into the house at all. Took months to try to ‘resolve’ with only a fraction of the bill cut. Talking about a warm welcome to the neighborhood. Monopolies are bad.
