i would not even give one star!! Banked with them for 10 years. They lost deposits, closed early at Johnsburg branch. They are rude people that lack customer service skills. Had Business account, checking account, savings for kids. Nothing but awful service!!

With MSB compliance, complacency and ‘criminal’ lack of oversight, they assisted in the theft of more than $400,000.00 by one of their clients, from his own, elderly father. When confronted with the evidence, they obstructed, made excuses & lied… led by the Marinangels. HORRIBLE human beings! Take your money elsewhere!
Only experience I have is a boat loan with no problem. Had a question/issue and Amy H from the bank was all over it and extremely nice. Very good experience based on her response, knowledge, timeliness, and great personality. Thank you for the help!
