Bought a house in March. Guess the old owner had a contract with them . Today 5/17/22 they just randomly show up and start doing their thing adding the bait. I gave NO permission to do so. Ask before showing up unannounced . I’m sure there as good as any other termite company. Not professional to just appear in my yard .
