Worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever encountered.
For several years we have received notice’s that the water is contaminated with chemicals, and they could cause cancer. WHEN will something be done? I do have a health issue and it’s scary as hell.
These folks misplace my check at least once every year (and I pay quarterly). Three weeks later, they miraculously find it — and blame me. All they need to do is check the time stamp date and they can tell that it’s been sitting on someone’s desk for weeks. Here we go again.
This company is a joke, they are not willing to work with anyone. Donna is very rude, Nicki is a very sweet lady. I truly wish there was another water company I could use.
