Cancer sucks. This world class hospital and research center does not.
I just love looking at this waterfall that I had to post this up. So relaxing and awe inspiring.
Can’t get a hold of anyone. They want you to jump through hoops to become a patient.
Great experience, very courteous staff and the doctor was awesome.
It’s a great hospital with a good working system and nice staff.
Dr Guidley is a wonderful and caring doctor in the head and neck area.
Great pepole, great doctors and nurses. I am now cancer free….
The very best doctor’s, extremely caring and very personable. Will always recommend to everyone.
Very sincere and caring doctors and professionals. You know you are in the best hands. Angels everywhere
The best in the world. Extremely professional and cutting edge technologies. MDA is ending cancer.
I am really impressed with the real life experience of people who are going through difficult health issues and the kind of care received, you all in MD ANDERSON made a difference!!!
No help after they get their thousands or even millions of dollars after treatment. If you are in pain it is just too bad for you.
Great doctors and nurses. Wish the natural medicine side of things was a bit more robust
Incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable providers. Positive approach allays patient discomfort. Unbelievable care.
This place is awesome! Cured my wife of breast cancer… Awesome group and teams of professionals… A blessing.
Excellent doctors, staff and workers in general are very helpful and compassionate.

Hello , I just want to ask few questions about it , if anyone can help me I would be thankful , my father have CMML and I want to talk to anyone work there or had there treatment there ,,
Don’t go here for breast screening or whatever. The hospital overall is great but scheduling is a pain in the rear.
Great place to treat cancer. However patients and visitors are treated like animals.
If you’ve got cancer…it’s the only place to go!!! MD Anderson is the best at fighting cancer and changing cancer patients into survivors!!!
Thanks to Anthony in the imaging library for helping me! I got my disk! My last name is Munsey. Thanks again!
I have been taking my dad for treatment and all the times we stay there the staff have been so kind and helpful.

My mom and dad and daughter in law have been going here for a very long time and all three of them or cancer free with God’s help and the doctors at MdAnderson
Wonderful hospital, caring hospital staff. Four year lung cancer family survivor would not be here but for MD Anderson and God.
They r excellent and taking good care of my mother who had breast cancer…everyone is extremely caring and polite
Do not go to this hospital. My mother was actually told buy her doctor not to come back Betsie asked too many questions. It’s her life and the doctors her do not care about there patients.
Everyone is very nice and understanding. There is great care here and they do what they can to help. I’m truly thankful for the work these people do.
calling to the facility to ask questions is extremely difficult. The operator answering the call is confused and rude and not willing to help forward the phone call to the person who I have been in communication with. It made me feel angry during the stressful time.
Your commercial is incredibly ANNOYING. !!! As soon as it starts I disconnect the sound. The commercial is repetitive, boring, and has no creativity. This commercial is OK to see a couple times. After that it becomes ANTAGONIZING. I suggest getting a PR firm that can do a better job for you.
my mom just started going here and we have been so impressed by the entire staff (what we’ve seen so far). it has been a much better experience than we ever thought possible, it makes watching her go thru this much easier.
A friendly place. I like the chapel.
MD Anderson saved my husband’s life. This is the most comprehensive and fantastic cancer center in the country.
Can never get ahold of anyone. I have been contacting them for the past month to get information for a patient of ours and still have nothing. It’s at least a 15 minute hold every time I call.
On the date of 28/10/2019 at 9:30 when I went to the hospital with my mother Lattman on the state of health and when he was interviewed by the specialist doctor to treat my mother on the ninth floor room number 16 Interface problem with the …
Great for cancer pation nunber one researching and clinical trials, best Dr s.
MD Anderson’s approach to my cancer was terrific. I am a cancer survivor thanks to the outstanding technical expertise of my MD Anderson medical team.
I’m in love with this place. It’s terrible that I’ve had to have been here for obvious reasons, but if not for the incredibly capable doctors here my mom is still here to tell me she loves me. And I her.

Mrs. Cathy did my blood work. She was wonderful. She was very sweet and made sure I was calm and comfortable.
If this is “The Best” I certainly hate to see the worst. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Took two months and $20,000 worth of tests to finally get a diagnosis. Now trying to schedule treatments and no will return our calls. Very unprofessional! Avoid this place if possible.
MD Anderson is second to none in their research and care of their patients with cancer; wouldn’t trust my husbands care with anyone else!
Heard many great things. O felt there enthusiasm over the phone
Gave me hope, the small things are what gets them going. Can’t wait for my husband’s consultation. This is God’s doing!
As a volunteer here, I can say that it is a great place. The different locations in the Main and Mays buildings are unique and make patients feel like home.

Caring. Passion. This hospital offers excellent care to patients and family members. If you have cancer or even suspect it, this is the place you need to go.
There are a multitude of reasons why MDACC is the #1 cancer hospital in the world…the care provided to their patients, the staff & their research are just a few.
Broke my ankle at your hospital and you won’t even return my call. Ive lost my career, home and my health because y’all won’t take responsibility for your actions. Your supposed to help ppl not hurt them. Charitable my butt!!!!!! Thiefs!!!!!
I can not imagine any other place in the world that gives you the kind of hope for life that you receive at MD Anderson from the second you walk through the door. You know immediately why they are the number one cancer center in the world.
Before they send requests for donations to cancer patients, any way they can check to see if they have passed? I believe it’s public record. My late father received a request for a donation. He passed away nearly 2 years ago. This is insensitive and hurtful.
The best hospital I have ever been
treated from admitting, diagnosis,
through surgery and release. I will always remember the friendly
faces of everyone I met. EVERYONE!
For how much they charge, you’d think you’ll be getting more. Actually, the wait time is pretty long. Don’t get me wrong, they do provide excellent treatment. They can use a bit of re-structuring to make things more efficient.
My sister had a procedure there, resulting in an overnight stay. Everyone from nurses in the hallway, to floor nurses, to doctors , to just any employee went out of their way to give directions, check on her well being, just excellent hospitality!!!:)
Dr. Schaverien is always professional. He and his staff, nurses and PAs, are quick to respond to questions/issues. They always have your best interest at heart and he has the expertise and knowledge to achieve the most desired results. Blessed to be a patient of Dr. Schaverien.
Good luck getting any information from them to assist your patients. Peaches in medical records is probably the rudest, most uncaring person that I have spoken to in my 20 year career!

I’m just! Blessed to have been fortunate enough to be treated by the best Dr., and friend MD Anderson has to offer. And all the staff here is just wonderful. Thanks to all the knowledge that was focused on my care. Thank you all!
MD Anderson saved my wife’s life in a trial program. It took 9 months. The staff and facility is the best in the world. Need I say more?
I’ve been with Dr. Keating, Alice, Coy, and Jackie (my Team) since day 1 nearly 6 years ago and I hit the lotto. They are diligent, competent, and compassionate. I’m blessed to have them on my team and blessed to be at MDA.

Over the last year md Anderson has gone down the drain. The Doctors and staff are non reliable, non compassionate and incompetent which can be a deadly combination.

I regret taking my father to the hospital and I truly regret telling my father to put his faith into this hospital. It was watching him be tortured and taken from us in 2 weeks and then to be told sorry would you like an autopsy to find out what killed him. I forever will blame them for my father’s death.
Don’t let their shiny website full of “Early Detection is Key” and world class in research/detection etc. fool you. As a mother of 3 under 5 and only 43 years old, I was told that regardless of my Anti-HU (ANNA1) antibodies, I don’t …

When you come here long enough you will see the other side of it. The quality have going down by those bad apples. Some nurses and staffs have very bad attatue toward to you and you can feel that they don’t care about you at all. And some are refuses to helping patients feel comfortable while on treatments.
