  1. The wait time is ridiculous to talk to anybody, very rude customer service, nobody ever seems to know how to answer your questions so they keep transferring you to other people.

  7. They are putting everything in out of network, when I called before my surgery and they were in network. A lot of stuff they is not adequately disclosed for the average person. I have 3 appeals going right now
