I’ll start off by saying this place is filled with crooked people. No one knows anything from the new CEO, down. They literally do not give 2 cents about their staff or concerns. When you do bring it up, it immediately get dismissed and act …
Not many people who work there actually care or do even what they are expected to do. It’s understandable as they are extremely understaffed. An extra star because at least it keeps you alive there (most of the time, I have seen them wait until two patients were nearly dead before sending them to a hospital).
Needs to be audited.
Horrible…
Very unprofessional.
good place overall
Love it
Waste of money and time and i still need help.
bad place
Very good
Very very unprofessional and unsanitary!!!
THE HOMIE LIL DIRTY IN DA PADDED ROOM #FREELILDIRTY

I need contact from the highest supervisor owner ceo how do I tell..
Best mental health institution in the area by far
Professional and want. Knowledgeable staff. Ready and able to help.
mr brian, mr giddian are great staff and need a raise
Staff is unprofessional and sorely lacking proper training. Specifically Keisha.
Do not send anyone to this place. They have killed my grandfather by drugging him to death.
staff was friendly and genuinely cared about me and the other patients.
Excellent courtious staff. Very intelligent doctors. All around an excellent place.
Admission front desk staff are VERY RUDE..in person and most definitely on phone.. TYPICALS..
Awful rude staff. Any job I’ve had, I would have gotten fired if I talked to people the way they do.
Staff are very abusive towards the patients. Facility is very dirty in the cages where they keep the patients.
Horrible place. Very out dated and dr. Klump is very unprofessional. If you have other choices go there instead.
Go literally anywhere else, there are plenty of horror stories in the other reviews if you need to see why
This place is horrible my child was in here 2 times and they do not help she was not given proper food and she wouldent eat and they did nothing about it multiple fights broke out she is traumatized by this place and it needs to be shut down
BHA named Drew on West Unit: 5 stars.
I was really pleased with the staff and content of their Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). I would recommend it to my friends and family.
I have been in Meadowwood many times. This place sucks and makes you feel less than human. If you can, go to Rockford or the unit at Wilmington hospital.
Only because I couldn’t give it less. My kid was their less than 24 hours before I pulled her. Too long a story to describe here but it is like a jail.
Ghetto. Nurses are SO cocky, especially one black nurse I forgot her name. One guy got treated like a criminal. Thats not a healthcare facility thats a jail.

Terrible customer service reps! Very rude. Almost impossible to get a hold of your loved ones in there. Clarissa is especially rude, and I will be filing a major complaint against them!
This place was terrible. The staff here were very rude and unprofessional with the exception of a few people. This place doesn’t help people, they find someone to single out and they mock and judge you in sneaky, indiscreet ways as if they …
The discharge was illegible and rushed no real aftercare info was given so not sure exactly what we are suppose to do or even what our daughters full diagnosis is because me nor the discharging nurse could read it!!
I stayed here for two weeks an I thought the staff was great they was not strict they give you as much space as they could what really counts is I was sick when I came there an they did their best to help me get clean an make me feel better …
I give this place negative star the worst experience ever. They violate HIPPA and OSHA regulation. Would not bring my dogs there
Staff has repeatedly been rude and unprofessional on the phone. I have been hung up on 3 times in 3 days. The staff I have spoken too lack customer service skills and even basic communication skills and manners. I am very unhappy with the …
One Star – because 0 is not an option! This facility is a complete joke! Need to learn to be professional! Completely rude and unprofessional. Nobody should have to deal with people like this – especially anyone with mental health issues! MeadowWood Behavioral is a joke!
Decent folks: Mr. Karl (THE PROFESSOR) + Mr. Tyrone + Sabrina (the teenage witch aka D from Clueless) + Stephanie (RN) + Deborah (RN) were my ONLY saving grace. G-d help these children….Thank you Dr. Desi, I’ve got a Movado too for my …

I went there back in February for a suicide attempt, the staff was very caring and very kind. They were truly there to help you, they listened to your problems, and were there if you needed them. If you take someone here you have no worry about them, they will be in good hands.
Place is a complete joke. Rude & unprofessional. Kinda ironic, right? Being it’s a place that’s supposed to help you. There is no structure within the partial program. Expect to just be sitting around for 45 minutes at times doing nothing. …
The staff is cordial and caring. They helped me through a difficult time in my life and offered great out patient care programs that continued my treatment. Shouts out to Mr.B, Karl and my man Cam, thank you all so much for the care and support!
This facility is ok. I do have a few concerns though. The don’t return my calls or keep me in the loop as to what is going on with my kid. And some of the staff can be a little to hard with the kids. Other then that they are ok.
Gross negect of patient care by the social worker and psychiatrist. My daughter never received a thorough eval. She was discharged too soon. There wasn’t a discharge meeting. The referrals for aftercare weren’t done. No administrator was ever available. Terrible.

I spent a little over a week here, for mental health issues. The treatment I received was wonderful the staff was extremely helpful, the doctor that I spoke with was very caring and listening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is having mental health issues.
I am speaking on behalf of the M.O.T. Senior Center and I have nothing but praise for MeadowWood. Most of my contact has been with J. Saville, RN – who works in the community. Each time we have had a behavioral health issue we were …

I don’t know how anyone of any decency can give Meadowood a bad review. Perhaps those that are painfully going through the process would not see clearly, however from a loved one’s perspective I cannot say enough. The hospital, staff, …
How about discharging a patient with an incorrect script that can’t be filled, not corrected after numerous phone calls and faxes from the pharmacy, more than 24 hours later? …
Please realize that people with negative experiences are much more likely to write a review than people who had a positive experience. I was a patient for two weeks and have nothing but good things to say. The staff were kind and very …
This website is terribly misleading. The “residential program” is nonexistent and the admissions process was horrible! I was so disappointed and there is nothing scenic about it. 11 acres… where??? Go check it out (how dirty it is) before you or a loved one considers this place.
This place is Terrible needs to be shut down. My daughter was in here 2 times 1st time had a bad experience with other people bullying her and 2nd time got SA i can go on and on about the horrible stuff that happens in here.

Called front desk like sign on door says..3/21/22. Receptionist was rude. How can you tell a mental patient (relative) that they were just here what do you need. Wth kind of compassion is that for someone who is suicidal.
Well, I can tell you as someone who is very afraid to be making the leap to seek treatment, I won’t be attending Meadowwood. Their admissions desk feels comfortable speaking over patients and providing half answers to questions. If this is …

One of my friends was having a mental health crisis and checked into this facility. The admissions specialist, Yvonne, was very understanding of my friend throughout the process. It was determined by both Yvonne and my friend that he did not need to stay in the facility. My friend came out a much better, and optimistic person.
While this is still very fresh on my mind, it has to be said. My son has developed mental health issues since he was a young man in his teens. A ton of places only collected our insurance money, & sent him home even worse than ever. …

So far I’m happy with the assistance they’ve provided my child.
I would send someone here before any other local location.
