I get so tired of calling and the line being busy.
Far away from service address
They allow dangerous chemicals to be in the water and not inform their customers for months.
It’s 2019 when is this company going to get an app that lets you pay and look at water usage.
They don’t check ID’s of people when signing up or transferring water service. They except fake documents without checking to make sure they are real.
