Urgent Care Center… if you have time to wait sure! Good luck trying to be seen without an appointment, which DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING AN URGENT CARE CENTER. When someone with a CHECKUP comes in and you’ve got a broken leg. THEY WILL BE SEEN FIRST. This is a BUISINESS not a medical center.
They do their job, but the wait times really vary. It’s about 40-60 mins to get called, plus 15-20 mins of waiting in the exam rooms to see a doctor. My latest visit took over 2 hours. Once you see a doctor it’s quick and easy, but you’ll have to wait your turn like everyone else.

My visit on 7/6 was 1 of many scheduled visits at Med 7. I’ve always had decent doctor visits and short wait times. I was scheduled elsewhere by Med 7 for a EMG and on my next 2 visits at Med 7 they still had not received the results. We waited for over 2 1/2 hours to see a doctor and we did not even see a doctor. Then I found out this location only has PAs and no doctors. We could at least see a doctor before with Med 7. Had a zoom appointment then an in person with a primary care doc in my new city of Sacramento. Primary doc quit the next week, and Carbon has been completely unresponsive in helping me get my prescriptions filled or a new primary doc. Completely worthless.
