Horrific customer service. They never answer calls nor return phone calls. They also LOST some bank statements a few years ago. Do not bank here!

Loan depreciation not good at returning calls , seem to take care of only certain member “freinds”. For a smaller cu you would expect great customer service, but I get better service from other CU’s.
