They’ll get you there, which is their primary purpose, but if you are on Medicaid, they’ll try to talk you out of it. This is not just my experience. That’s what they’re known for. Medicaid doesn’t pay out much. Obviously if you can fully afford their services, this won’t apply.

The team that assisted me were so professional, very calm and kind! Gave me pain meds before lifting me from a fall (that separated my shoulder). Also the 911 dispatcher that stayed online with me while I waited was exceptionally patient as I was NOT calm!! He deserves special mention 🥇 …
I called them and they showed up. The driver got in the back instead of just driving me to the hospital. He started asking me what would be the benefit of me going to the hospital. I was running a fever of 101. I will NEVER have him take me anywhere.

They let someone die in their custody. Didn’t secure him nor the back door… they were reckless and careless and they got what’s coming to them!
