Great experience
Fast and helpful.
I had a great experience here!
Been going here for many years. Great staff
Terrible Service. Bogus Fees and pricing. Don’t waste your time.
This place rocks! The receptionist, care providers, just everybody is great!
Well run office. I never wait for my appointment.
Takes them 1-2hr to pick up the phone.
I am very disappointed that when you call their main line, you are NEVER able to talk to a person. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. This is NOT good customer service.
They dont really need more patients, so provide terrible service. If you have time, go to Espanola or Santa Fe…much better service.
We thought Mr. Bankhurst was thorough and very helpful. We personally liked him as well. He is a great addition to the staff.
There was some confusion about my appointment time but everything worked out ok. Better than previous experiences at other medical offices
Walk-in clinic: wait time was on the long side, but staff and providers were extremely friendly and apologetic. Quality care and very thankful for the convenience of the walk-in clinic!
Great service. Always easy to go in and schedule and appointment. Would suggest scheduling in advance because they are so popular and very busy. The Walk-In clinc staff are always so nice and helpful.
No working thermometer.
Never called results as promised
and needed to direct care. Did not sent correct prescription to pharmacy. …
I called about having a MRSA swab taken, in preparation for surgery in a few weeks in my home state. This is a 30-second procedure, and consists of a nasal swab sent off to a lab. These folks told me it would take two visits; one to …
Vosburg is a smart, attentive, wonderful doctor. I couldn’t be happier with her, the care, and the whole office staff. Glad I found them.
Thieves! Deceptive and unethical business practices! I came in for an office visit May 2015 after calling ahead to ask if they accepted my insurance (I was told yes by the receptionist). At the desk, I verified with the receptionist again …
Turned away from the walk in clinic for a simple follow up because the wanted me to sign up with a primary care physician there and come back another day. I had been in the ER the day prior and they thought it was important for me to see …
I made an appointment with Dr. Lee B. over a month ago. I had to reschedule my upcoming appointment another 2 weeks out. It’s really rude to make someone wait over 6 weeks to see a doctor. There needs to be a better system for new patients.
My experience has been very positive. All of the staff have treated my mother and I with great respect and care. I’ve never had a problem with payments or the care received. They go out of their way to help us. The receptionist even got up …
Good doctors, used car salesmen in admin/accounting. I paid for my appointment out of pocket up front and two days later received a bill for double what I was quoted and had already paid. The new charge was because the visit was a “long …
They’ve always taken great care of me for urgent care, primary care and endocrinology. The doctors are great and they don’t brush off your concerns. The thing that needs improvement is answering the phones and making sooner appointments,
I do not usually post reviews, but as a medical professional, I feel the need to share my experience, especially when I live in an affluent community and expect a certain standard of care. A few weeks ago, I visited the walk-in clinic. I …
Absolutely do NOT recommend this group if you have any options! Waiting already 2+ hours for appt made several months ago. Arrived 20 minutes early for appointment but there was evidently confusion in the business office re: insurance as …
Doctors are usually helpful once you can finally get in; however the walk-in clinic routinely has wait times of over 2 hours. I understand that things get busy, but saying that a wait will be 20 minutes and then not seeing them for three hours seems pretty unnecessary, to say the least.
I’ve been going here for years. My primary is here and I have also visited the walk-in clinic numerous times. The doctors are fantastic, always. They spend a lot of time with you and really care. You can tell they love what they’re doing …
The competence of this hospital measures up to that of a grape. I’ve been repeatedly hung up on and rejected for crucial medication. I’ve been denied referrals for surgery and any sort of assistance in insurance issues. Dr. Rodgers is …
The whole medical staff here has always been the best at actually listening to and solving my medical issues for a decade now. The staff never makes it difficult for me to make an appointment and are always friendly when checking me in. …
Wait on hold 30 minutes to finally reach a person. Hope that person is competent enough to assist you appropriately (don’t hold your breath). Be seen by the medical staff who is competent. A few days later realize the inept receptionist …
Rude, dishonest. They ran two tests when I exicitly asked for only the cheaper one. I was charged the full value for an in-person visit, even though I was never seen but only talked to a nurse on the phone for less than 5 minutes, and then …
Placing patients on hold for 30 minutes should not be an acceptable practice. Not just once or twice, but every time I call. Trying to make an appointment with your doctor shouldn’t be so difficult.
Pre Covid this was a great clinic with good staff. After, and they will not see you in person and seem to go out of the way to make it hard. They make you wait in the parking lot to diagnose you over the phone if you have Covid like …
Went in for an earache and cough.
First a virtual visit.
Then sent me to an underground garage outside, in the cold, to get my ears …
