  1. SERVICE HERE ABSOLULY SUCKS MY GRANDMOTHER HAS BEEN HERE TWICE AND GOT THE WORST SERICE AND CARE AS POSSIBLE TOOK THEM OVER AN OUR TO EVEN SEE SOMEONE WHEN SHE WAS BROUGHT UP FROM THE ER . . . . . .

  2. This is the worst hospital in the country I’m sure. They are always rude and the service sucks you sit for hours only to be misdiagnosed because they have no idea about the medical profession 0/10 I wouldn’t send my worst ememy to this hospital

  3. The worst hospital I have ever been too.seizure on the floor vomiting and passing out.,sorry there’s nothing we can do. Biggest bunch of jackasses available. I would rather die than come here. Drive to dothan or Columbus..

  4. Extremely slow & “SOME” of the “DR’s& STAFF CAN BE COMPLETELY UNCARING REALLY DOESN’T LISTEN TO THE PROBLEMS THAT YOU’RE HAVING & TRYING TO TELL THEM ABOUT THEY PUT YOU IN A ROOM LEAVE YOU SITTING THERE FOR HOURS WHILE THEY SENT BEHIND THE …

  5. Worse hopital around. Slow. Would get faster service and better care at a vets office. Dr’s are afraid to examine you sometimes and always have mis diagnosis as well

  6. The head nurse has no idea what she is doing. Trying to make arrangements to have my mother transferred to Emory Hospital and instead of assisting my brother and myself. She decides to let the attending physician to do this. They obviously …

  7. I recently went the E.R the wait time was fairly quick and the attending physician was in and out. The receptionist staff is quite rude to be honest. If you ask them question, they make it feel like you’re annoying them.

  8. Nurses Sandy and Tracy exhibit perhaps the most belligerent and ghetto representation of horrible service. My mother was brought in to the ER while visiting Eufala. Not only was I rudely spoken to when I called to check my mom’s status, …

  9. Absolutely horrible. Had the worst experience of my life. I arrived 20 minutes early as instructed and they were an hour behind. Next i was required to wait outside because i am not able to wear a mask and it was 45 degrees out. Their manners, well let’s say they never learned any.

  10. ER Dr. Was rude, as well as one of the nurses. No care given…….just assumed diagnosis. But they did Bill for several things not performed. Dont go here unless you want to Die. I never use this hospital, l know too many bad things about …

  11. Parking spaces are laughable; they are too small for almost any vehicle. Despite the miniscule parking spaces, they always give us great care. The facilities are some of the most modern. The doctors, volunteers, nurses and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. Five stars when you fix the parking.

  12. I can not say enough good things about the ER at Medical Center Barbour! My husband and I were passing through Eufaula on our way to Grayton Beach, Fl in our RV. I had a mishap while going to the back of the camper while in motion, which …

  13. Bryan Allen, pretty sure he’s a nurse practitioner. If he could find the time to step down off his pedestal he may be “okay”. But unfortunately I don’t believe they make ladders quite that tall. When asked to speak with him, my family was …

  14. I went to the ER Thursday afternoon and they were professional and personal. Assessment with tests run and finally I was admitted to hospital. They were quick to get me upstairs in my room and they made me feel comfortable and confident that my health was their first concern

  15. I had a work related incident a few months ago and was HIGHLY disappointed in the way I was treated by the OR staff including the xray technician and even EMTs. I was experiencing a lot of pain and these people had NO empathy for me. In …

  16. I was seen and admitted into the hospital on January 10,2020 by Dr.Tony Gabrielson. The staff was very nice from the ER to the 3rd floor nursing staff on both shifts. I been there previously on the 5th, and was told that I had the flu …

  17. I was there on a Saturday morning and no one in the waiting area I guess that’s a good thing. Its a small town compare to Columbus ga. I had a bad reaction to prison ivy on my face and they took me right away no more then ten minutes I had …

  18. I have been in Eufaula for a year and 4 months everytime I have been to this hospital I have been misdiagnosed. I was in excruciating pain Monday 8, 2018 and the doctor Jeffery Reed was one of the most rudest, disrespectful, and very …

  19. The stars you see are for 2 people only. Dr reed and the gentlemen who handled the x rays. Thank you for doing your job and doing it well and not treating us like we’re not important or with attitude because of our race …

  20. NOT RECOMMENDED, sat in the Lobby over a hour & half & no one came to check on me or to let me know anything! Do NOT come here if you are seeking immediate emergency assistance ! If i could rate a 0 i absolutely would, you can hear the …

  21. I cut my hand unplugging my hedge clippers – they came on as I was unplugging them. The cuts were not clean. The Physician and nurses were kind, efficient and stitched my fingers up beautifully. Today the scars are barely noticeable. I could not have gotten better care anywhere. Thank you. Catherine McKenzie

  22. I had the worst experience ever here at this hospital, the doctor (Jeffery Reed) made our visit unpleasant. He was rude and had no ethics for the job he does, along with being rude he laughed at my wife’s pain. He did no tests and assumed …

  23. Horrific! The er staff rude rough handling talked to me very ugly. Never have I felt so uncomfortable and mistreated in my life. Not all staff but most was very unprofessional with there job. Light red head walked out said she breathing she …

  24. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST hospital I have ever been to. The only two good Doctors there are Dr. Uyamadu and Dr. Gabrielson. The other two I have seen, Dr. Mahurin and Dr. Reed are terrible!! Last year, my …

  25. The nurses and staff was so helpfully with me and my daughter they went over and beyond for us while we was here. They made is comfortable during our stays even fixing us a goody bag through the night. Thank yall so much for the hospitality. Dr Reed was the best he helped out so much and those nurses was the sweetest

  26. I can’t speak for the rest of the hospital, but Dr. Reed in the ER is phenomenal! My grandfather is a healthy guy and he became very sick, we thought for sure it was a stroke. If it wasn’t for the imaging and the docs catch, we wouldn’t …

  27. I needed a routine blood test, my doctor faxed a requisition over to the hospital. I’m from out of town and was a little apprehensive about going to an unfamiliar hospital. But these people were amazing. I was treated with kindness and …

  28. I had a mammogram last year with fast and efficient results. I will be going back this month and knowing the service and technician is fantastic. I have no dread. No more trips all the way to Dothan.

  29. Went in this morning for blood work and a CT scan. I was a little nervous as it was my first time. Everyone that I dealt with was so nice and friendly that I felt at ease in no time, from the receptionist, to the phlebotomist, to the CT scan tech. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  30. This hospital treated us well and reasonably quick considering it is an emergency room. The staff was nice and efficient. The medical care people did a great job helping my wife when she feel down and had to have stitches in her knee.

  31. I went to the emergency room by ambulance felt like I was knocking on deaths doors with extremely swollen lymphs, high fever, cough, chills, weak, just all out of sorts but after some fluids and antibiotics put in me when some other …

  32. It’s hard to understand how they’re so slow in 2022. And when I made a comment to the doctor he said yeah it takes hours and you still have hours to go. We got here at 6 pm and it’s 10 pm. They are not busy just sitting in that cubicle . I really needed this to wake me up about going to my family doctor during the week

  33. This hospital emergency room is beyond absurd. My 70 year old mother who has leukemia had a bad fall and has been sitting in the waiting room for almost 8 hours now without being seen. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I know emergency rooms can sometimes be slow but there is no reason whatsoever that anyone should not be seen in 8 hours.

  34. Hospital is still relatively good and there are some real good nurses and hospitalists but the ER has gone downhill bad. Daughter waited for hours and then when the doc finally saw her he made no examination, asked no timeline or history …

  35. I arrived at 9 a.m this morning and my son was called back about 4:00p.m. The only thing that bothers me is sitting here in this e.r for 9 hrs due to him hurting his knee playing basketball. The staff was quite friendly and said they only …

  36. My mom was a patient in their geriatric psyche wing two weeks ago for a severe mania/psychosis snap after being on an emergency hold locally. Multiple members of the family were very involved in calling to monitor her condition and …
