Sitting in a room for over an hour. No doctor in sight. Room is filthy.

When I go to the clinic I always ask for Dr.Krishna he is the best Doctor,he diagnost my daughter flu something others doctors in Sealy couldn’t do right.
It has been 2 days since my covid test and nothing I supposedly paid for the rapid and they haven’t called me I have called more than 3 times and all I get is rude girls answering the phone stating that the machine is slow.
I would not recommend this place to anybody the receptionists are rude they do not want to help they want to turn you away and then when you want to call and ask to speak to a supervisor they want to argue with me. I recommend taking a drive to the ER room
This place is a chop shop. If you go, be aware, you will be getting substandard care. If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would do it.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but my 3 year old LOVES this place. Office staff could have some work done as not everyone is polite but Dr. K is the nicest, he actually listens, and gets things done.

Waited 2hrs for a TB skin test, when I asked when I would be seen they state they forgot about me and that it could not be done because they have to order the test. This should have been stated when I called the day before asking about the TB skin test. Wasted gas and time. Unprofessional.
