It’s freaking ridiculous! I paid my bill a year ago after I got the original bill from my scans and everything. A year later I get billed again without having any scans done!
Worst billing experience I have ever had. Sent us to collections after bill was paid. Phones and billing are serviced by an out of country call center. No local representative to work with. I don’t know why hospitals do business still with these guys.
