We have been going to Medical Pavilion Clinic, office of Dr. David Ballestas, since 2004! In my opinion he is a great doctor, he goes out of his way to help his patients get the proper medical care. The clinical and front office staff are also kind, caring and professional.

Dr was extremely hurried. Never read my chart. Told me my lungs were fine even though he NEVER put his Stethoscope on and listened.
Went there for the flu. The np had a staff person call in the prescription. No one can tell me where the prescription was called into. Went to both pharmacies we spoke of and nothing. I called the office the next morning, and I was transferred to voicemail. Still no prescription.
