Rude!! Blamed customer for faulty product and is refusing an exchange or to give refund. Manager claims that this is not his problem and the staff plays into his theatrics as well.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, a very well-stocked first aid area, and when I couldn’t locate something they are able to quickly point me in the right direction highly recommend!
If I could give less than one I would. WARNING do not buy used equipment from this place Chris is the repair guy and he is less than intelligent, rude, and completely incompetent. Your loved one will be injured
Employee told me to come in and they would buy used merchandise. Manger changed the story and paid pennies for what it was worth new. Another employee added insult to injury by saying “you bought this for just a foot injury. You could have rented it”. This place is a ripoff!!!! And insulting!!!
I could not have had a better experience. We rented a lift chair and had the chair delivered the very next day. The staff that delivered the chair were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The scheduled pickup was just as easy!!

Vinyl covering shredded at the head of an expensive power recliner. Owner promised to repair at cost, then would never return calls for actual repair. Lots of promises but no actual service.
