Dr. Toosi and his incredible staff has been serving the optical needs of my family for 4 decades. My daughter has serious eye problems from a premature birth and Dr. Toosi has always provided sound advice.

Received a needed appointment on short notice (next day). Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Toosi quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribed treatment. A totally satisfying visit.
I checked-in for my appointment 10 minutes early. 45 minutes later I asked what was taking so long. The receptionist said there were still two patients ahead of me. I left. Why don’t they let you know when you check in that they are running late? No regard for patients.

I find it remarkable that the special implanted lenses are able to eliminate the astigmatism that has plagued my vision since age 19. I am very grateful for that, and I now enjoy clear distant vision without eyeglasses.
First visit and I was impressed by Dr. Adams assistant and Dr. Adams. He reviewed my previous record and compared to test just completed. Happy with my change.

Yesterday,I was seen by Kassandra Martin,O.D. for the first time.She was very professional ,informative,and also took the time to listen to any questions that arose during the appointment. I felt comfortable during the exam, and was also made to feel comfortable with the preliminary assessments!

On time. Good care. Attentive. Need to change rating. Nobody answers the phone at either office. Tried all day to reach north center Dr office, pharmacy tried twice as well. Tried Chesapeake office same thing, no one answers. Left voice messages at both locations no call back to me or pharmacy. Need eye drops NOW.
