My 90 year old mom has been a regular patient for years. After 2+ hours for a regular exam today we were told sorry it took so long because the office took so many work-Ins today. Don’t care. She is 90 and I had to take her home and put her to bed. Not acceptable!
I was referred here for a scratched cornea. Dr. Fleming was very kind and patient with my severe photophobia. I usually have sensitive eyes and most doctors in the past have been impatient, but Dr. Fleming was very kind.
Dr. Mark Wolken and his staff are great. They get you in and out within a reasonable time. They listen to you about your concerns and treat you with kindness, respect and they are very professional. Always a pleasure to go to.
I really like Dr Lomax. However the girl that does the checking out of patients was very RUDE. We have VSP under our insurance plan and I forgot to mention this at check in. Dr Lomax marked the account for UHC so it was not going to be …
Awesome friendly staff and Doctors. I had a corneal abrasion and I was seen quickly. I healed up quickly. Low cost if you have no insurance. Came back about 2 weeks later because that tends to happen when you have an abrasion and they saw me right away and gave me great info and help.
I highly recommend Dr. Reid Murphy. She is very thorough and spends time with you. She explains everything. I am well pleased with my cataract surgery I had today.
