I admit I let my insurance lapse (I was on medical leave, and it slipped past me), they refused to reinstate my insurance and stated I must prove coverage for 6 months from ANOTHER PROVIDER… NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and no LOCAL person to help and have a discussion with. you lost a client of over 22 years.
Horrible customer service, got transferred 4x , everyone passed the buck, and no resolution….no follow up like promised, no email like promised……. I’ll switch my car insurance based on this
Nice place to work generally speaking, there are some wonderful people that work there but if you bank there and you get fired they don’t want you coming back. In other words move your money immediately.
Horrible Claim Experience! I wish I could give them a 0 but you have to put at least one star.The claim guy that came out to look at my home was rude and insulting. I had to hire an attorney to assist me with my claim, which I won.
At first signup they may be friendly. Then nobody cares. Service is not explained. My insurance wenr up by 20% at renewal instead of going down as no claims. Avoid insuring here.
My husband and I were rear ended by one of their clients. I have spoke to three different people and still have not received a claim number or been contacted by an adjuster. I just want my car repaired. Very frustrating. We have gotten numerous letters from attorneys, maybe I should contact one of them.
We’ve never done business with this company and there were fraudulent charges on our card. Upon investigation, there are MANY complaints of fraudulent charges on people’s cards. I think this place needs to be investigated

Kinda hard to navigate. Instead of going to my account, I have to go thru the purchase page. Create a separate link.
