Do not bank here, they charge you for anything you do here. They were just hacked by someone in Brazil, they knew about it and still allowed them to take money out. Went in to the bank and talked to them about it and they acted like it wasn’t their fault. But they pay for a security systems.
I have had an account with Members 1st Community Credit Union in Boone,IA for about 30 years. I am very happy with all the services they have provided. The staff is very friendly.

Very friendly staff at the Ames and Boone facilities.
Need more offices in SE and SW parts of state.
Problem-I don’t check my account that often on line. When I try to it won’t open, because I haven’t used the on line service option in allotted time. So I have to call and get authorization code. Kind of a pain-luckily I live two blocks …
