Memorial Health (OH) Reviews ( 84 )

  1. I would never return to Memorial. They brush things off like it’s not “life threatening” , exact words and then 3 hours later my husband died of an aortic dissection. Scans that were done earlier that day showed a massive bulge in his …

  2. If youve got a problem… its probably easier to not waste your time waiting on these incompetent morons and just dieing comfortably at home because chances are these idiots wont find the problem or will miss diagnose you. If you want real …

  3. They lost my driver’s license and was very mean to me I’ll never go back there I wouldn’t even take my dog in there now I have to spend money I don’t have to replace my license

  4. We’ve had two of our four children delivered here. Both were great experiences. The staff is very friendly and caring. We definitely love this hospital more than the larger central Ohio hospital where we had our other two children.

  5. I needed to come in for an ER visit and I was treated with top notch care. The nurses and doctor were extremely kind and empathetic, the service was tremendous and the whole process took very little time. I would highly recommend this staff!!

  6. Very respectful staff. Comforting. I was blown away by the way I was recieved and treated. I have now started looking into going through them for all my specialty care as well. Thank you.

  7. I wish I could give negative stars on this. Absolutely horrible, it’s a joke being in the emergency room. I waited with my dad for more than 1 hour in a room before a nurse even spoke to me. All while listening and seeing a big circle of …

  8. Had a great experience when i went with my mother. They seem to genuinely care. It was a domestic abuse incident and they seemed to recognize and talk to my mother as well as give her papers on different things she could do in her situation. Thank you!

  9. This was my second visit visit to the er in a week… The nurses and doctors were great but the wait was exceptionally long.. After 6 hour wait my son was next for surgery.. The reception girl in the er was beyond rude the entire time …

  11. Got excellent care in er and after being admitted also. Had to have lots of lab and tests. They treated me like I was the only patient they had. They were very prompt when I had a need. I couldn’t have ask for nicer people. Only complaint I had was burnt grilled chicken twice!

  12. I love Marysville’s best hospital. I am turning 18 and my cousin is turning 12 and we were both born here in the same room in the hospital. It’s a beautiful building and we will cherish it forever. 🤙🤙 I am glad to be finally be an adult going to an ivy. I love you Marysvile. …

  13. *** DO NOT Visit if you out of network – no matter you are dying ***
We had a emergency and visited it. service were good.
Due to out out of network and insurance needs us pay $400 for this visit. …

  14. I had to be seen in the emergency room, and I was in a lot of pain! The staff was friendly, and the waiting time was the least amount of time I’ve ever waited in an ER. The doctor was thorough yet swift. I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience.

  15. Just got home from the ER, had the worst experience ever! Left work early for symptoms of food poisoning and got in at like 10/1015. The guy who did my iv didn’t know what he was doing. I’ve always used my left arm and he couldn’t even …

  16. Every time my wife has gone to this hospital we have had nothing but the best service they could ever supply. They treat her and myself like family. They do the very best they can and are always asking if they can get us anything. They …

  17. Don’t go to this facility! Other then to look at it from the outside. It is a very well kept place on the outside. I ended up having to go to the ER for a problem and the equipment was not in working order. I had to be sent to a doctor off …

  18. Very disconcerting visits. After a heart implant device, I had difficulty breathing, confusion, pain, etc. I was treated as though I was a bother. After several hours, I left. Taking my own IV out. Thank goodness I know how to do that …

  19. Extortionists of the highest order. The Memorial ER has very poor overstaffed delayed service and extremely high cost. I visited 3 times due to unavoidable circumstances – Kid, Wife and myself. The modus operandi is the same. You will be …

  20. I just moved to this area and I went for a migraine that I’ve had for 15 days straight. The ER is so outdated to wait as long as I did was ridiculous! I could’ve drove to Columbus and gotten treated and back and still been in the waiting area.

  21. I left work early and went to the ER a few days after being told I either had an early miscarriage or a tubal pregnancy. I was in an ungodly amount of pain but the doctor (my paperwork says her name was Melissa Leutz. She had blonde hair up …

  22. Could not answer my questions about my mothers surgery he just preformed. Left me more confused than anything. The nurse answered what questions she could based off the piece of paper he just threw on the counter about the procedure. I wont be taking my mother back there. Also not a part of ohio health.

  23. I wouldn’t even give them a star but it forces you to…. Just a bad experience, misinformed and out a lot of money…. If you really want your bank account drained, and still suffer all the pain I’m in, this is the place for you. Went to …

  24. At his affiliate office, Dr. Jordan, a urologist, refuses parents from witnessing minor outpatient surgery involving their young children. With reports that some doctors have done inappropriate things behind closed doors, this is an …

  25. Only if I am bleeding out in the ambulance will I go here again. Otherwise I am making the trip to Riverside Hospital in Dublin or other healthcare system. …

  26. I went in to have part of my colon removed. The staff from check in to recovery were absolutely fantastic. I was stationed on the first floor, and the nurses and patient care techs, couldn’t been any nicer! Thank you especially to Tonya an …

  27. My husband and I have had numerous surgeries and medical treatments from this hospital over the past 20 years. We’ve always been treated like family, received top-notch care (and followup!) and made to feel comfortable in each situation. …

  28. I had a horrible experience in February 2018. I went to the ER due to constant throwing up. I was dehydrated and had never felt so sick. The ER staff was so rude from the moment I got there. An intern got a wheelchair and was taking me …

  29. My daughter went in with a horrible headache, neck pain, and a fever. She never saw a doctor!! A nursing assistant and an RN were the only medical personnel we saw. They didn’t even have a call button. The registration individual had to …

  30. I haven’t been here too many times. The first time we are in and out in a flash. The second time I was here a lot longer than expected. Urgent care didn’t have the equipment to help with my diagnosis so I was transfered here. One of the …

  31. I came in to the er today due to excruciating abdominal pain as directed by my physician and I believe I was not treated well. I believe that the staff had a racial bias towards me and the level of care I received was demonstrated by this. …

  32. I was there for an outpatient procedure and was impressed with the level of personalized care I received from the Docs, nurses, and support staff. The facility looks great with all the modernization that has happened over the past few years. I will continue to use Memorial to avoid that long drive and long lines in Columbus.

  33. More pill pushers that care more about your money than they do their health. Impossible to find a doctor that’s any different these days and actually cares for thei patients. Big pharma doctors are all we have now.

  34. Had a horrible, absolutely horrible experience with my last trip to the ER. No wonder people hate going to the hospital. I definitely do after dealing with my nurse. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hospital. She has no compassion or care for her job, it’s a shame. Go elsewhere. Save yourself some time and money.

  35. This is regarding the Memorial health refill line, several times my wife has called in about prescription refills. She has gone without medicine for her diabetes because they didn’t get refilled. Medicines should be filled in a timely manner but seems to be out of their range of ability. This needs to be addressed.

  36. Melanie Ziegler is about as dishonest and under handed as they come, only coming in 2nd to Adam Rosebrock, with his lies and manipulation. It is avtoxic place to work, I guess that’s why dietary has a revolving door. They treat staff awful, …

  38. This has to be the worst hospital I can’t understand how this hospital received 3 stars if I could give less than 1 star I would. My daughter received a Spinal Tap at Rainbows Babies and Children (they are the best)… I live in the …

  39. I had laser prostate surgery here due to BHP. While the staff is friendly, I did not care for the pre-operative process. A nurse who I later found out was not assigned to my case attempted to start my IV. She blew out 2 veins and missed …

  40. I went to the ER with severe lower back pain that extended down both of my legs. I had a previous back surgery in 2003 and have been in pain the last 4 yrs. Ion Skinner, DO simply told me that there was nothing he could do. Horrible experience and it really felt like he was looking down at me. Like I didn’t deserve help.

  41. I will never go to Memorial Hospital again! Although I am very healthy in general at 58, I have had to go to the ER twice in the past year. Unfortunately, all it has done for me is caused aggravation and cost me a boatload of money (nearly …

  44. My mom was seriously passing kidney stones, crying in the lobby and leaning over in her wheelchair in pain, and the front desk girl was extremely rude and unhelpful entirely. The doctor, also extremely rude and did not listen to my mom or …

  45. Next time I will drive the twenty minutes to Dublin Methodist Hospital, which is a shame because memorial is only a few streets from where I live. I was seen in the ER Tuesday night for abdominal pain that I let go on for weeks, however …

  54. Room 346
This hospital is full of either stupid or just flat out lazy dr.’s. Mary Rutan is a better option. The rest are f the staff is great. Next time I’d rather die at home.

  55. I have never seen an ER staff that treats people as horrible as this one. Nursing staff that will blatantly lie and a patient “advocate” who’s only interest is covering up for the hospital’s poor behavior. Please don’t take your loved ones to this facility.

  56. I followed my neurologist Linda Staley here after she VERY abruptly left Mt Carmel (while I had an appt in 2 days, and she had ordered tests I didn’t have results for) but whatever she was a good Dr so I followed her. I drove over an hour …

  57. I was diagnosed with Covid-19 in August of 2022 and was having serious, harsh symptoms. I went to the Emergency room then had to stay overnight here. The nurses and staff took excellent care of me and were so kind and gentle. Thank you so much for helping me.

  58. This place was awful. My husband came in with serious back pain from an ongoing degenerative disc. We just moved here from northeast Ohio and haven’t had a chance to establish a doctor here yet. A doctor here took him back to the triage …
