They ask that you’re early, but they don’t respect your time. 30 minutes after my scheduled time and I’m still sitting in the waiting room…there are other places in town with better service and more timely providers. Very disappointed that I’m going to walk out without being seen…but I don’t have all day to wait on them.
Mercy ruined the joint. Flat out. They were always good about keeping to their appointments before. Now, it’s a minimum of 45 minutes in the waiting area. The medical staff is great. That’s the only great thing about this place now.
