Receptionist was extremely rude. Iāve made appointments in the past and when I arrived for the appointment they didnāt have my name in the system. They didnāt notify me that they werenāt in my insurance network and I was charged for my visit. Not a good experience whatsoever.

I had a crown done in 2017 and the crown has already cracked. They are not standing by their work and will not cover their defective work. I would not recommend having a crown done here.

I have had very good experience with this dental group and Dr Brown. I developed some symptoms of a problem tooth. The scheduling staff arranged an appropriate visit for me within 24 hours. Dr Brown diagnosed the problem and arranged my treatment in a very timely manner. Great staff!
