This is the absolutely best financial institution in the area by leaps and bounds!!!!! If you have an account anywhere else, close it and move your business to Metro. Staff is great. Their app is easy to use. Can’t say enough good things about them.
Every since Rob has become manager over this bank is not the same. The new women that work up front are rude. They can’t get new debt cards for people in a timely manner. When asking about it the answer is the company we use is on back log. …
