When I called to make an appointment, the lady was friendly. When I went to my appointment, the lady was friendly. The tech that did my imaging, Linda, was amazingly friendly.
I was not happy with how I was treated here. They could have handled the situation better. There was an inconsiderate woman who talked to me disrespectfully , so like one of the other reviews says; I too greatly value customer service and there are other places to go.
Went and had a mamagram today…everyone was very professional and kind…Karen B…was very helpful and explained every step with kindness and professionalism..thank you all..Highly recommend this location..Tesson Ferry.

I went in there around 5:00pm to pick up a CD for the xray. And the receptionist were carrying on a conversation . In my life i have never experienced such rude service. They should not work there. If you are looking for an imaging service you are better off going anywhere else… I wouldn’t recommend Metro Imaging on Telegraph

I just had to reschedule my mammogram due to my daughter being diagnosed with COVID. The lady who answered the phone was extremely snotty and unpleasant. Find a different job, patient care/customer service is not your niche.
Was told I would get results in two hours by phone from technician. Didn’t get. Called a week later,couldn’t talk to a live person but left a message. Four days later still no response. This is about two black spots on my kidneys. Pretty important to me but apparently not important to them.
They were easy to find the staff and the technician were nice and personable was in and out in approximately 1 hour and a half. Would definitely recommend.
Waited over 4 hours for 2 people to each have a single chest x-ray. We were patient and polite and although the staff was polite absolutely no explanation was given for the insane wait times. Most other patients seemed to get in and out quite quickly.
