Really bad customer service. They deposit a wrong check to my account. When ask how did that happen “ the response was are you missing money.” Supervisor doesn’t help at all.
Rachel teller 57 is the rudest thing on two legs. She is ill equipped to handle customer service. Not friendly. It seems she would be better suited to roll coins but not interact with the public.

I love my credit union. They helped me reestablish my credit years ago and I’m proud to say that I have been with them over 20 years. Management is great and tellers are usually very friendly. No the hours are not good but the banking is great.
