This is the most unprofessional doctors office. My family has been using Dr. Dawkins for about 20 years. The customer service skills are less than desireable and don’t expect them to return your call in a timely manner. I am changing doctors as soon as possible.
I have used Metro Peds for 20 years. There service is solid and they are open on Saturdays. The Saturday service for a young mother saved me from running to emergent care. Nurse Practitioner Thomas is our LOVE ❤️! She cares about us and we will never leave her!
