The ambulance service I had was the worst. I do not know where they get these employees. I guess with lack of people in the area they fill these jobs with just anyone.

Jessica Epley was a terrific driver for Metro West Ambulance. She took me from Manor Care Health Services where I’ve been in rehab to PeaceHealth for a pacemaker device check and back again. Jessica was on time and very helplful. My wife and I highly recommend her and Metro West Ambulance.
Metro West Ambulance EMTs were very disrespectful when responding to a non-emergency transport call. They were dismissive of our patient’s complaints, made disparaging remarks about their concerns.

I didn’t end up riding with them becaue there was a complication with my procedure so I cancelled but I was so impressed with the helpfulness of the staff in the phone and their flexibility with their policies. They were extremely kind and accommodating. Definitely worth a call.

What a fantastic company! They are highly trained, safe, kind. I don’t know what I’d do without them. I need to use them for all rides to the doctor’s office. They go out of their way to be helpful. Be sure to allow extra time on both ends of your trip because they serve so many people.
