In addition to Medicaid Managed Care, Metroplus Health Plan offers dozens of quality health plans, including Child Health Plus; several Medicare Plans; a Long-Term Managed Care Plan; MetroPlus Gold, a plan exclusively for New York City employees; HARP plans, and nearly 100 NY State of Health Marketplace products, including the Essential Plans. MetroPlus also offers a Special Needs Plan, Partnership in Care (PIC), open to Medicaid eligible people living with HIV/AIDS in New York City and their children (up to age 21) even if they are HIV negative. This plan also services homeless residents of New York City and transgender Medicaid recipients regardless of their HIV status.

  1. This plan sucks ! there reps are not knowledgeable and every time I call the leave me on hold forever and always tell me they need to research my inquiries a little further and that they will get back to me and they NEVER do !

  2. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! THIS HEALTH INSURANCE SUCKS FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE! ONLY REASON IT RECEIVED ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GIVE A RATING.

  3. If you want to have little to no coverage, this is the plan for you.

    Almost nobody accepts this coverage anywhere, and the ones that do are usually in some boondocks and have bad service.

  4. 3 and half months it’s not enough to get any ID from them or “welcome package”… They just sending bills frequently- nothing ( literally NOTHING) else!

  5. When I ask questions…they always are timely with responses, they pay attention and if they cannot answer my question immediately, they get back in contact pretty quickly with a good response.

  6. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. Is just so frustrating, I’ve been trying to speak with a representative since half hour and the system constantly disconnects me sayign that there is no one available to answer. Just insane.
