I fell in my apartment on December 19, 2022. I’m 66 years old. I knew right away that I had a leg fracture, and I was very anxious and fearful. I called 911 while I was lying on the floor. Help arrived almost immediately. The first …
Back in August of last year I went in ambulance hurt my knee I gave the insurance to ambulance person at hospital never thought get bill it would been pay if turn in claim now in collection
A friend of mine was released from the hospital and we could not get him into his home so the North Little Rock Mems was called and showed up and successfully got him in the house and comfortably into bed. Thank you very very much. Y’all are all good people.
I have unfortunately had the pleasure of ur services many times with all 3 of my children through the last 6 yrs ranging from ages 6,12 & 15 from severe peanut allergy that occurred @ school to passing out during volleyball games. My …
We had to call the ambulance for one of my best friend having a seizure for over 40 minutes. We were going to try to take her but couldn’t make it all the way to the vehicle. They took FOREVER to get to the house. When they got there while …
This ambulance service will charge you even if you have Medicaid and provide them with the VALID ID #. Its kinda disgusting to me for any organization to prey on the already disadvantaged. Its like they want to keep people down. Way to go Bible Belt. Way to go.
Same story as most, MEMS did not submit my claim in time. Was sent to collections and even though I deny the debt as my fault, I tried to keep them from filing a lawsuit as threatened by a guy named Lee by making consistent payments each …
MEMS is a horrible ambulance company!!!! They did not even try to file a claim with my insurance, my insurance company says they would have paid it. I did not even get a bill, just ugly notices from collection company. Boo on you MEMS. Oh , and they will hit your credit hard.
Horrible business!!! Billed me without even trying to file with my insurance company and then said I had 14 days to pay the $1667.02- imagine that: seizures and emergency c-section, ICU for 5 days and my baby in the NICU for 13 weeks! I guess I should just be thankful they got me to the hospital!
This company is very unprofessional. My husband was in a car accident last year. He almost fell off the gurney on the way to the hospital and he heard one paramedic say to the others treating him that if they were being evaluated, they …
Sooo I had a seizure and mems took to me to hospital.. I wasn’t unconscious. Sooo the emt decided to randomly put an address I’ve never heard of. I had insurance, so when I didn’t get a bill just figured it went through insurance. Well 8 …
I was taken by ambulance just before Halloween of 2014, MEMS waited until February of 2015 to submit the claim to my insurance company. The ins co denied it due to the lengthy time it took (I was even told by the ins co that I wasn’t liable …
Absolutely horrible – these guys will charge you $957 for a 1.6 mile ride to the hospital even though you never requested emergency help. On top of that, they will SUE you even after you’ve expressed you don’t have the money to pay for …
Was transported by this service in June and they took me to the wrong hospital instead of the one I requested to be sent to. On top of that I called and set up a payment plan when I received the bill. It is now September and I have been …
Was transported from Conway Regional Medical Center to St. Vincent. Just got a bill for $1452. I have insurance and a copay for $100. They have told me that they don’t contract with insurance companies. That leaves them able to charge …
I called 911 in August 2021. A MEMS ambulance came right away. However, the company made an error in billing our insurance, and 10 months later, after numerous phone calls, we are still trying to get it straightened out. MEMS has shown no interesting in fixing their error, just in getting us to pay the bill ourselves.
MEMS transported me to the hospital after an awful car accident that left me very banged up – near death, really. They performed Advanced Life Support for me, I vaguely recall the paramedic asking me questions about myself to keep me awake. …
My husband was in Arkansas Heart Hospital when a CT scan showed a large aneurysm (actually had two plus large hole in his aorta!) The hospital called for Survival Flight to fly him to Vanderbilt for higher level of care. Survival Flight …

Excellent service
Terrible organization that underpays their staff
I am training to become a EMT! Whishaw me luck!
MEMS failed to bill the VA so now I have a collection against me for their inept billing department
Vary professional and have a vary insuring voice that your going to be ok wish we had more in Arkansas
Absolute worst I’ve ever seen as far as setting up transport between 2 facilities. You wait for hours to get anything done
Just watched two of your guys hop out of the ambulance mask-free amid an historic pandemic. …
