  6. Why haven’t they paid William Norman’s claim when a tree fell on his home 4 months ago. He is an 81 year old vet that is still making mortgage and insurance payments and renting a place to live while his home is unsafe to live in…How unfair!!!!

To lose your home is devastating enough, but to have absolutely no help from your insurance company really is a kick in the teeth. They are certainly good at their job.
