Always billing my credit card then they send me a letter saying my insurance is going to be cut for non payment,worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I had Progressive.
No complaints. Cheaper than our last provider, agent gets back to us quickly, and they seem to be active with charitable events in our community. Happy to work with them.

11 years with this company..no claims! Trying to get someone to call me back about the new Insurance policy and the 2 month State ordered refund was like pulling teeth! Was told I wasn’t entitled to the refund until my policy renews…new policy..never found out..couldn’t get a call back!! I am now with another company!
