As a heating contractor in michigan who also have had numerous terrible experiences with this company my only suggestion is to go with a different gas supplier, they are required to let said supplier to transport their gas through Michigan gas lines
Moved in a week ago, told the next appointment to turn the gas on is 13 days from the move in date. We’re freezing cold. Called customer service 3 times with no availability to change in turn on date. Absolutely ridiculous.
Does anyone know how to leave a review with ZERO stars? WOW this company is the worst!!!! I hope who ever calls does not have to talk with Sadie, she HAS NO ANSWERS AND CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY DETAILS.
They are terrible. I mistakenly short paid my bill by $3 dollars due to a typo when entering the information on the website and they shut off my service for $3 bucks. They were not very sympathetic when I called to talk them about the error.
They have NO care for their customers. they closed the bill pay office now there is no way to pay your bill unless you go to foodtown or kmart and pay a fee on top of the bill, you can setup auto pay with your bank but i am not giving them access to my account. Terrible customer service if i could rate them below 1 i would……..
I was out of town for most of the summer and the only thing I had on is my water heater was the pilot light and my gas was too high it was higher than my electric bill. Calling them dose no good get the run around. Looking for another gas company.
