1 star is a gift. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Worst bank ever. They will NOT protect their elderly customers. Beware if you are over 70! I wouldn’t put a dime in Mid American Credit Union.
I had to talk to a supervisor who is also a teller this afternoon. She was very rude and so unprofessional. She acted like she was wasting her time by even talking to me. I was trying to be professional by biting my tongue when I really wanted to go off on the lady. I wish I caught her name. Ugh!
Better keep track of your money, they like to add $30 “courtesy pay fees” for no reason at all. They ended up paying back almost $200 after I threw a fit. Next time they did it and I caught it a few days later they wouldn’t pay it back.
I’ve been a loyal customer with Mid American Credit Union since 1995 when I opened 1st account. They have been just as loyal in return for 27 years. To include all local and out of state branches.
I couldn’t believe the level of disrespect we received today from the loan officer. Yelling all because we refused the coverage and therefore they raise our interest rate to 10% with 49% down absolutely crazy!!! But the craziest thing is the way they were yelling at us and speaking to us. This lady does not deserve to have a job!!!!
