Staff are great, just need ask about the door sign says open 7:00 am, 3 people standing outside including myself waiting for door to open. It was 20 minutes after 7:00 when they open.
Upon entering the premise, I was made to feel like I will be feeling a lot better when I leave than before entering. Everyone was very professional and polite. I really enjoyed my visit.
The visit was great. Everyone was professional and informative. The visit moved along quickly. Follow up since the visit for insurance review and scheduling, has been less then satisfactory. It’s been over a week. One missed call and my calls and voice mails have not been returned. I’m about ready to move on to another provider.
Th office staff is among the best I have seen – polite but friendly, efficient and obviously well trained. An excellent thorough eye exam by medical assistant and doctor. Recently moved here from NYC and a bit concerned about finding physicians in Williamsberg. So far happy with Dr Davis.
