We have come here several times and each time it had a very unwelcoming vibe. This time we were suppose to get an MRI Stat, but they didn’t get the order as a stat. Rather then looking into it they said we would get a call in a week to put us on the schedule. No effort, no concern, never returning.
Love this place. Professional, friendly, soooo much cheaper than the local hospital or other imaging places in Grant’s Pass . Prompt and thorough. Explained everything in layman’s terms.
This place is absolutely awesome. They’re efficient & nice (everyone I’ve dealt with), the office is warm & cozy, and WAY cheaper than getting imaging done elsewhere! We live in Crescent City (85 miles away) and the drive is worth it!
Very nice staff, from the check in ladies, to the technical staff an all around wonderful place to go to. So, helpful and they answer your questions about your procedure before it starts.

Had an ultrasound yesterday morning. The technician was fantastic. She ensured she was addressing all of my concerns. She explained what she was doing and was extremely helpful. Would recommend any patient needing imaging to make their appointment here.

I arrived for a 1:30 appt. a few minutes early. At 1:56 I approched the desk to ask how much longer I’d have to wait. I was told they schedule appts. 15 minutes early to complete paperwork however, I arrived with completed paperwork. I will not use this facikity again!.

Use the hospital if it’s an emergency. Their machines go down and rescheduling is a nightmare.
