Get some soap, collectables, or antiques
Not very many good stores. My nails have been messed up at every nail shop. I only go for Barnes and Noble, and BBW
Clean place with good parking and I Love Taboon in the food court.
The only reason there aren’t 5π is because they are loosing many of the stores. β¦
Not very much left on this mall. All but 2 main stores have left. Looks like a lot of the more popular shops are leaving as well π£ β¦
The majority of the stores are closed or have moved out. Target is the largest store there. No department stores.
Rail Side was great like always grew up eating at there restaurant and still love the services they are fast and perfect π₯° β¦
Even good malls are having a hard time keeping good stores.
They have a Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, and Bath & Body Works, so that’s a win in my book π
Time for some upgrades in this place but definitely lots of potential
Wait. What? They actually called this thing in the mall!? It reminded me of Gibraltar Trade Center… just go to Saginaw Fashion Square Mall
Its a mall. Contrary to popular, or unpopular, belief, it DOES have good stores. I mean really, it has a sleeping tiger, spencers, Rue21, and is connected to a target. If youre expecting something fancy a mall wouldnt be the right place to look in America. Haha.
One good thing about the mall is the food court. They should try and create an outdoor mall with dog park and other activities to get the mall popular again.
Love our Midland Mall, sad to see all the empty/closed store fronts.π β¦
Just like the Fashion Square Mall this place is going downhill because itβs management. The mall is run either from a place in Texas or New York. Even the thermostats! Marketing must be done locally. The food court is the only reason to go there. Especially Zitoon!!!
Many stores seem to be closing down. I don’t think it has anything to do with this mall. Corporate decisions. Very nice mall.
Ready for transformation with lots of capabilities! Every store is so clean fully stocked and smiling, trained staff make every visit worth shopping here!
Small mall, very few stores. Zitoon grill is the main attraction for my family. Really good food.
Gotta get hunting stuff, fishing
Conveniently located. Everything you could need apparel wise is there. Moderately expensive. Great place to meet up with friends and family. Also a great place to bring your kids.
It seems really big but just not as many stores as you would think. I did get what I was looking for just wish there was more due to driving distance and all.
Its nice but there are really no stores left in the building. Only went there fir Target and food. Not many choices but the Mediterranean place was wonderful.
The mall is nice and clean with a fun free play area for kids and I love Midland Burger Company but I wish more stores were open here
The food was great and it came out fast. Fries were awesome with spicy ketchup π β¦
Lots of unoccupied space
Easy to access, found the store that I was looking for fast , no crowed
Good variety of stoes
If you like one jewelery store and a couple stores for goth kids or that sell swords to mall Ninja’s then this is the place for you. One star because they at least have a target
Great places to eat food and always fun to walk through the antique market
The mall is ok. Usually clean. The only down side is it seems like all the stores are closing down. Still a good outing thought
Zittoon (sp?) is everything I was told it would be, i.e., excellent. The experience of the mall is an odd one, in that a semicentennarian like myself finds himself nostalgic for a previous emanation of American consumer culture in the face of the even worse online onslaught.
Very sad over half business gone and most of ones left close to early to allow early evening shopping on a Saturday hope they recover soon.
Very happy that the food court is open!!
Most of my favorites are still there but a lot has closed would love to see some new stuff instead of caged doors.
I mostly visit the anchor stores, and can usually find any last minute things I need.
The Midland Mall is not what it used to be alot of stores have closed…..unless you know that what you are looking for is strictly at the mall you can find what you are looking for probably at Kohl’s… β¦
the mall has no good stores for teens which makes it extremely boring. they used to have american eagle and aeropostale but they got rid of them so theres no good place to shop besides Victoria’s Secret
Run down and old itβs like a ghost town inside this place.
I canβt imagine it making it through next year unless something changes. Looks like a great location for some indoor climate controlled storage units.
the amount of stores that actually make me want to come in to the mall are next to 0. There is really nothing going on here. I had high hopes for the failing mall with the new ownership but they have not done anything different with the place and I fear if they dont soon this mall is toast
They can’t keep stores open for business and like every other mall out there they are pricy. Recently bought so let’s see if they can turn this place around.
No enough shops
Like all malls… They are dead. Thing of the past. Not busy.. Has some ok stores. I remember when people would sworm malls. But now…….. Sad.
Sad Sears and Penney’s are gone. Is Game Stop going too? Bed Bath & Beyond…not actually part of MALL but they closing up Midland in September:(
Not much in the mall, but we ate at Alex’s Railroad Restaurant, in the old Ruby Tuesday’s location, and it was excellent!
Unlike many malls these days, Midland Mall remains clean and pleasant. That is saying a lot in a world of Covid 19 and shuttered stores
Your basic over priced mall except this one looks like it’s dying. The stores are mostly junk with a few surrounding department stores. Otherwise, not even worth the hassle.
Great food court but lacks anchor stores. They could save energy by upgrading the skylights. β¦
Although many stores remain empty, we still have excellent luck at Younkers! Sandy Wright is the BEST salesperson everππ β¦
This used to be one of my favorite local malls, but it has completely changed. There really isn’t a food court and maybe 2 or 3 shops I go to.
I’m not really a “mall person” but the Midland Mall is always a good atmosphere; clean, quiet, and not too busy on a normal day.
Going down hill fast, a lot of stores leaving, the mall is clean and nice, just everybody is pulling out.
We go to the mall with our young children often to get out of the cold in the winter months… its so sad watching the mall shutdown store after store. I really wish I had a helpful suggestion…
I only go to the mall if I know exactly where I am going or if we go to eat and nobody can decide on the same place. The kids play area is a nice addition although the stores are becoming less and less.
Going ot off business. Good stores left. No variety, dirty tables. Foods is always tasty in cafe though.
This mall is a dying breed . It is clean and everyone is really friendly. But the store selection needs help. Not sure it will be here in the next 2-5 years
Lori the manager and Tim in security are the most kindest and helpful people I have ever met.
I love this mall so much and I wish it wasn’t so empty. I go on dates here with my fiance at least once a month to get something to eat and window shop.
There is absolutely nothing to do there! They should tear it down!
Lots of stuff there and clean, bright common areas. Losing Penny’s is a bummer though. Lots of area businesses outside of the mall to visit as well
I know times are tough for malls all over, but that’s no excuse for forcing under age children to work. I asked a security guard and he tokd me the mall allows this and he likes the discount he gets.
Thank you Midland Mall,,Younkers,, for allowing Toys for Tots to distribute toys for the children. Thank you for the warm building. It’s so appreciated. Merry Christmas.
Found exactly what we needed.
Lots of variety shop wise, sadly no dedicated toy store(toys r us, etc). Food court doesn’t have much of a selection and is overpriced.
Yes I was at Midler mall yesterday on the close in Yonkers up which is a great thing to go in to take shot for cheap stuff but high Claudy but it’s sad that The mall millan is this not doing too good right now I love it’s sad it’s a nice β¦
It used to be a much better place to shop.alot of the stores have leftπ β¦
Lots of empty store space
No idea why this place is still open. It’s just depressing to go inside. Worth it for the Target and Barnes and Noble I guess, but beyond that very underwhelming and a waste of time.
Pretty nice mall. Not run down like others I’ve been to
Over the years they took things out.. it started becoming less and less attractive to go.. but I enjoyed shopping there when they had more to offer
Still surprisingly a large selection of stores in this mall. Very clean friendly and safe environment. Nice bright atmosphere.
NEED MORE FOOD PLACES FOR EXAMPLE SUBWAY TACOBELL AND MCDONALDS. PIZZA PLACE MAKES EVRYONE SICK. TO MUCH CHINESE PLACES. NEVER EATING HERE UNTIL U GET BETTER FOOD.
We enjoy meeting at the food court. Our favorite place to eat is Sunny Japan. From there we walk around and check out the shops. Miss Younkers, Pennys and Sears.
Decent at best but in a steady downfall with half the shops closed or vacant. Visit occasionally to take my daughter to play at their indoor children’s under the sea play area.
Well nice place to visit. But when we went to see santa you have to buy the packaged pictures for around 39.99. My grandma did not see the sign where it said no personal pictures. And instead of them saying something nice like mam, you cant β¦
I love the mall but over time it’s been fading fast I hope new owners draw in people to keep it going like it was years ago
Its great to see a mall that gets enough business to stay open and not have its shops close up!
Not that bad it’s a pretty cool place. My daughter never wants to leave.
FunShop game room rips your money off… machines don’t work…basketball machine doesn’t even score your baskets !!! Beware of that !!!
One stop for all type of shopping. Many sections will cover almost all type of shopping needs. The prices are also affordable and reasonable. It also has few good restaurants to eat inside mall.
…walking the perimeter π. Feels safe! β¦
Always a great place to shop. The mall has always been my place to go. Alot of stores to choose from plus a few new ones
It used to be a great mall but it’s just depressing inside now that most of the stores went out of business
I know malls and such are a dying breed with online sites, but theres literally no reason to even step foot in there. They cant get good stores, becuase they’re bankrupt and their rent it’s outrages for any store that tries to fill it.
Hardly anything was open ? What a major disappointment
They have it all at the mall! I enjoy malls, and this one is always clean and makes me feel comfortable. Plenty of comfortable shopping and continually updated shops. Midland just seems safe as well.
Dead dead dead. Half the stores are shuttered and the half that aren’t had staff that were so apathetic from lack of customers I had to say hello to a guy twice just to get him to look up from his phone and ring me up at the register. Also β¦
Went there on Black Friday. Only went to a couple stores in the mall itself, sad to see stores closing for good. We shopped the stores along the strip outside of the mall as well. They were great.
They really don’t have alot compares to other malls. I af o enjoy target being connected. I have never seen something like that before! Bathrooms are very clean.
Love the mall, will not be eating at Ruby Tuesday for awhile…2nd time my steak ordered med well was like shoe leather. They,,………….after a long time, made it right.
This mall doesn’t really have much especially now that JCPenney and Sears are out. The mall mostly catered to teens. There were not many adult women’s size clothes in this mall, which is ok if you are small, but I’m always shopping for β¦
I think its a big mistake for the malls dying yes I’m a guy and I say I like the malls and it will be such a hit against all communities when malls close. Please stop being lazy stop this online shopping. Is it that hard to walk inside and look for the items yourself?
Clean freindly mall lots of families go to Midland mall on the weekend not usually packed during the week has a lot of stores inside a large food court it has children’s play area easy to navigate around good spot to get what your looking for or just go walk around and enjoy
I like walking at the mall when it’s not warm enough to walk outside. I like some of the stores and I like Matty’s Pizza and the Chinese restaurant there!!
Nice laid back atmosphere..plenty of shops very spacious
Some of the good stores are gone now! Not much to do there anymore!
Mulan express is awesome and only place that has Kung pao chicken
Like many malls, The Midland Mall is Struggling with trying to fill vacated stores and space. The Barnes & Noble is nice, along with a Discount Shoe Warehouse, and there are a few nice specialty stores. And the remaining anchors of Target and Younkers. And a large Dunham’s for your sports needs.
This Mall is dying, stores closing all the time. Very few people at 7pm on a Friday. Parking lots near empty, service roads are beginning to show neglect (pot holes) No longer the great draw to this area.
This mall needs so much more shopping. It use to be fun to go to this mall. Hopefully someone takes this and turns it in to something great again.
Not too busy. The traffic outside does not match the traffic inside.
Monday could be a slow day though.
Once a Mecca for mall rats this now crumbling ruin of a mall looms over Midland like a hanged corpse as we all wait for them to take it down and dismantle the gallows. The businesses are all leaving the mall so it’s about half empty or full β¦
There are alot of stores closed inside the mall. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in there but it looks like it won’t last much longer if the stores keep leaving π₯Ί β¦
Malls are dieing out like many brick and mortar stores but the Midland mall is still pretty decent. Good selection of stores and the kids play place in the center is awesome and very clean.
There is seriously everything that you could ever need here there’s so many stores and shopping centers I’ve never seen so many things at one plates so if anybody needs to go shopping I recommend this place it’s huge so you might have to β¦
Not the best, not the worst. It’s evident that this mall has seen better days, with many shops that are no longer in business or incredibly obscure shops that no one would really step foot in unless looking for an incredibly specific item you can ONLY find in a mall of this caliber.
I, personally, am not a huge fan of the majority of stores in the mall. Unless you are skinny, you can only shop in so many. The only stores I find to be worth it are Target, Barnes & Noble, and GameStop. The food court has some good options (Zitoon and Yummy Japan), but it usually isn’t worth the stop.
If the mall was full of stores, I’d rate it a 5, unfortunately a lot of stores have moved out. The stores that are there are great. I hope they put more stores in. It’s a beautiful building inside.
Got a good little variety of stores and food. Kids love the play place. Wish that there was more stores. Most of them are clothes or accessories. The play place could be bigger or more variety of different toys
Liked some neat places especially Ruby Tuesday…one of my favorite places to eat in Midland. Some unique shops but Mall has only Target as an anchor. Mall is all spread around not walkable..must do one section at a time. I’m a newcomer β¦
Sad how it’s so empty.
Dan, was very helpful πand knowledgeable and checked back to make sure I was getting done with my work on my computer π₯ with ordering pictures. Thanks Dan! β¦
Only a few stores in the mall worth going to. Dunham’s, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, and Target. Almost everything is shut down. Only one real restaurant and that’s Rubby Tuesdays and they have the smallest bar area ever.
Pretty empty, but the stores and staff in the open venues were great, enjoyed the walk in comfort, conveinent to movies and hotels. I started T Barnes and Noble, and enjoyed my evening.
Clean environment, plenty of parking. Food court provides many choices of food. Wide variety of shopping.
They offer Trick or Treating in October, and Santa visits in December
My local mall! Itβs clean and nice to walk in as well as shop in. The events are always a hit too!
It’s ok getting very quiet here.. still a few good store I like . Just got my God daughter’s ears pierced at Claire’s. I was here 12 years ago with my daughter! Crazy how time flys! Still one of my favorite places!
There are no store open anymore. They need to figure out how to attract more companies
Just went in for the food court. I’m happy. Love the Chinese food at the court. Wish they would find a place out of the mall, they could then expand their hours and have drive thru.
this is the best place ever; fun snacks and stores, fresh styles and cool people. Of course, there is SO many high quality low price shops. There is clothing, jewelery/accessory and home design stores!
Great place to walk for exercise since there usually is only a few people. Downside is not a lot of stores. Hopefully some of the empty ones will be open soon.
The food court was packed and clean with good choices. The mall it’s self very lovely and clean. However 1/2 The store spaces were closed and the whole place was dimly lit.
Used to be a thriving Shopping Center, everyone in Midland went there. Now it has more vacancies then stores. Clean and well-kept, great place for older folks to do more walking and get directions size
Not a lot of stores to choose from. Could have a better play area for the kids, definitely needs more stores and updated. Food court is probably the reason most people go to the mall.
Midland Mall in awesome place to shop, they’re parking lots are kept up very well maintained securities great the people are very friendly, varieties of food courts, people are friendly, just a wonderful experience to shop there
Another dead mall…food court and a hand full of specialty stores. Dunham Sports and Target are anchors. Planet fitness just moved into the old JC Penny location.
Clean, safe, and friendly. Lots of stores to choose from. Could add some better stores, but malls are kind of fading away.
Not much left here but they have a nice bath and body works. Clean restrooms. And a nice antique store in the old Yonkers.
Most stores that were located here have closed and it doesn’t seem like they will be open for the long haul. There’s only about 3 stores I go to now. VS is great, Dunhams is huge with lots of selection, & I go to zales to service my ring (which if it weren’t for that, I’d probably never go)
The Midland Mall has always been a staple of the Midland area, but over recent years the mall has lost some of it’s best tenants. Sears has closed among many other stores, and turnover is relatively high. However, they still host a number of different events throughout the year to bring in different crowds and keep the area alive.
Kids Day was lots of fun!! Nightlife Entertainment did a great job!
It was empty a sad use of space it seam’s like if your business has lost customers or you close for covid you need to think about downsizing there’s nothing wrong with a smaller footprint some specialty stores need to stand alone how about β¦
Somehow, the target in the mall was better than the target near me. The other stores were great too.
Clean and sparse. Big company coming to Midland mall. Hopefully a new business can bring new opportunities for success in the Midland mall area
Ok, so this place is dying. It’s sad to see it go as I have fond memories of this place being so full of life when I was younger. Now it is only populated by special needs and eledrly mall walkers who do not buy products from any of the β¦
Don’t get me wrong, the mall is a comforting place for me (immediate retail therapy), and the Midland Mall is a lovely building. The only issue is that malls, in general, are turning into ghostly shells of what used to be the cool spot to β¦
Stores keep shutting down here. But the ones that stay are high quality. Barnes and noble, target, and Victoria’s secret are the ones I shop at. The buckle and express are also good.
It’s really sad to see what’s happening with the Midland Mall. I’ve been going there my whole life. A lot of stores are closing or are closed including big ones like JCP for a main wing, McDonald’s for the food court, and the clothing β¦
Go visit the mall. Mc D is gone but Yummy Japan is still serving good food. Would be a shame to see this place gone.
Many many stores have closed and even McDonald’s has left the Eatery beat her. However, there are new ethnic locations in the mall to eat. A Greek Eatery, and a Thai Eatery and of course always yummy Japan. Yonkers is leaving they’ll be β¦
Midland Mall is a nice, clean place. It probably could use a revamp. It needs “something” to act as it’s calling card, or its go to move in my opinion. I believe the book store/coffee shop combination is by far it’s best attribute. A sporting goods store is nice too, followed by a nice mix of cuisine options.
Pleasant atmosphere. Plus they’ve adding some a new attraction, and I hear they’re planning for more to come. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
My family goes mostly to entertain our toddler. A few different options to let him blow through some energy. There are also a few good food options as well. It really is a shame that so many stores have pulled out.
I’ve been shopping at this bike shop for a long time Unfortunately they always tend to Niche markets. Staff’s attempt at being friendly is generally underwhelming. Lack of involvement in the cycling Community big into cycling Sports however.
It use to be great but it kinda sucks now. They took out all the good stores. The only reason I go there is for bath and body works, the shoe place, and frozen yogurt. Not great for clothes shopping though.
The mall is slowing dying like most malls in America. There are a few big stores like Barnes and Noble and Dunham’s but lots of empty spots in the mall. The food court has a nice selection of food but they are starting to lose restaurants too.
The only good thing about this place is Target and Barnes and Noble. I find the mall employees (not store employees) rude and pushy and often lazy. The bathrooms for the most part are barely ever cleaned so always double check.
Very pleasant and inviting enjoyed myself looking through the stores
Can you call this place a mall still? Only one anchor store remains, I believe. Food court is popular, Midland Burger Company is worth a visit. But other than that no interest remains.
It’s a small and cute mall.
Not a wide variety of stores with most of them closing. Fun to visit with a friend but not much to do. The mall itself is kept clean, though, and everyone who works there is happy to help if you need anything.
Really quiet place, that seems to be closing down… a lot of store fronts are vacant and need new shops or somethung different to boost traffic as well as aid in development. Sad to see them suffering loss of business but glad to see they β¦
The mall has lost some bigger stores over the last several years like J.C. Penny, Yonkers, Payless, and Sears (probably due to online shopping), but there’s still a variety of food court selections right next to a play area for kids (5 and β¦
Nice selection of stores, parking lot kept up I haven’t shopped at night so I don’t know how bright it is.
Midland mall used to be great! But it’s gone down significantly. Rumors have it that the rent is way too high so almost every good shopping store has left. Any clothing store is gone besides Target and Dunham’s and Yonkers. Not worth the time to go there anymore.
Nice mall. Yummy food court. My favorite is Mulan Express. Wow soooooooo good. My favorite is the sesame chicken. Hope that restaurant never goes out of business. I really enjoy walking around in the mall. I love Barnes and Noble. Very nice β¦
Wether looking for a meal or just shopping you can find what your looking for in here . Clean atmosphere, and friendly helpful staff in most of the stores and eatery’s
It is sad to see another american mall with alot of closed shops. But the nonchain roadrunner games is a amazing retro gaming store that should not be missed. The antique mall for being small was full of very nice and priced right items.
Love Midland! The mall is nice but needs more stores to attract people definitely needs a shoe store like footlocker with the new releases, Burlington coat factory, or maybe even a Dave & Busters to attract families! Better than Bay City though! Hope it doesnt end up a ghost town like the Hampton mall.
Clean, safe mall. Nice play pit for little ones. Jewelry stores, adult store, clothing stores, computer repair and purchase. Cell phone and shoe stores. Eye glass shop. Can keep busy for a while here
I worked as a vendor at the comicon. I had an fantastic time. It was organized by an excellent member of the community there
Convenient location and easy to find.
A shallow hull of what it used to be. There are a few good stores left but the mall itself is on life support. No where near enough foot traffic for new stores to do well I don’t think. It needs help desperately.
Let me get this out of the way first. The mall is dying. With many of the “anchor” stores like Sears, Yonkers, and JC Penny closing, it is hard to go there to do much more than eat at the food court. The last big store left is Target. β¦
Not a big fan of malls, but this is just “ok” for a small mall, with some good independent businesses in the food court and the rest of the mall. There don’t seem to be many interesting events going on in the main space, and several major store closures have led to empty space, and less offerings.
Security Guard accused me and my group of friends I was with of jumping off of benches in the store 15 minutes ago when we had just arrived 5 minutes ago. He was very rude and I won’t be coming back. Has some nice stores though.
I go there for the food went I’m in town witch is about ever 3 month or so food is good
This mall…… I come here for one reason game stop. If it was not in the mall I would never come here. There are no stores left due to high rent and low traffic and zero cool things happening at the mall. The company that owns it needs to β¦
It’s really nice here. It’s really clean. Many stores to choose from. I also like that you can enter the mall right inside Target! It’s a quiet relaxing atmosphere. We’ll go again….
Like most malls there over priced. But this one takes the cake, stores are closing fast due to the marked up rent prices. Then they hire these pimple face kids as security guards, and they just love exercising their imaginary authority. I β¦
The place suffers from the typical fates of malls in America, but the presence of a Target and Barnes and Noble seem to have kept this place popping. If you want to feel some 80’s nostalgia, go get a cookie sandwich and a slushie at the β¦
It used to be a great mall, but lately stores have been dropping out left and right and it’s a bit depressing to walk around. It’s starting to go the way of the Bay City mall for sure in the fact there is very little there. Rent for a space β¦
Nice mall. Depending on what type of stores you are interested in… Big shoe stores like finishline and footlocker…nope. There is a small shoe dept. The perks for me is Victoria Secret, Barnes & Nobel, Target, Spencer gifts, Game stop, β¦
This mall needs some more stores. But the places in there are really nice.
Sadly the mall has seen better days. What’s left is still good, Barnes and Noble and such, but the big anchor stores are both shuttered along with many stores scattered throughout. Symbolic of the slow death if retail.
Kind if a bitter sweet thing going to the mall… I remember when it first opened I was 6 years old.. They had a big grand opening and I remember the oscar meijer weiner mobile driving around a million times…. β¦
Bought new Timberlands for the whole family, my daughter and I got our ears pierced(very clean and professionally) at Claire’s. We got a cute pic and played in the game. Fun time!
Plenty of parking not a very busy Mall
I really love the Midland Mall, and its sad I can’t give it a 5 star. It just doesn’t have the same charm when half the stores are closed and gone. If they could insentivise more people to shop, thus more businesses coming in, then I’d fall in love with it all over again.
I’ve heard a lot of fuss about the Mall losing stores. (As if the Mall says,” you’re a corporate giant. How about closing?”) The fuss is ridiculous. The employees work extremely hard for this community. They live in this community. They’ve β¦
This mall is very sad. There are a few good stores in here, and a few good restaurants like Midland burger company. β¦
The Midland Mall used to be wonderful; however, within the past few years, it has fallen. Many of the big stores have left leaving the Mall a shallow husk of what it once was. I hope that the Mall can bring business back to Midland and open some larger stores. If not people will be forced to shop elsewhere.
Very clean mall, good stores, people staffing the mall (security and maintenance) have always been polite and unobtrusive. Only gets four stars due to the issue all malls face these days, empty storefronts. In this case, one big area is β¦
Way better than the dirty run down ghetto mall in Saginaw. Everything is very clean, good atmosphere, no trashy people. Good food. It’s nice Barnes and Noble is connected to the mall. It’s a shame there’s so many vacancies though, I hope β¦
Dunham’s was a great place to shop for my husband. He said Gun Counter Attendant – Matt was very helpful & knowledgeable, he was quick to help & friendly.
Love going to target and many other stores the food court is very great for dining and watching the kiddos play!
Since they fired the mall manager back in Feb. The mall has dropped off. Very little shoppers these days just mall walkers that’s it
This place is really falling apart. More and more stores are disappearing. That’s mainly because there’s a better selection online, not to mention its usually cheaper. β¦
The Midland Mall has seen some rough patches for sure. My last couple visits however make me optimistic that its coming back to full strength. Buckle, Sleeping Tiger and Spencer’s are a few favs. They also have a newish gems store with a β¦
Has my favorite stores here.
They need more stores to fill up the open spaces. I wonder if they’re be open the next time I head there.
The mall is finally picking up momentum. Some great new stores. My faves will always be Barnes & Noble Bookstore and Game Stop! Go have a look and grab a bite to eat at the Food Court or Ruby Tuesdays. Try the cheesecake at Barnes & Noble. Yum.
Good place to hang out and grab a bite to eat with friends. It’s sad to see all the stores closing, I prefer to shop in person, so I wish they weren’t all closing. The play area is great to take my nephew to play in every once and a while and during the holidays its cheerfully decorated inside.
I mainly go for the Mulan Express and Sunny Japan. I enjoy visiting a couple stores there. Been getting take out mostly, food court has been nasty a few times I went, food on the tables and chairs, dirty floors. I don’t like eating in a dirty environment, but the food is great.
It seems like the mall is trying to bring some life back into the establishment. And there was an awesome new machine inside that uses hand gestures to advertise what’s going on in the mall. It was a new experience that made looking through ads surprisingly fun.
Good place to hang out good place to go shopping and if you’re like to walk and it’s a cold day is a good place to go take your walk around the mall and visit with friends there and visit with the people that are working there friendly place
It’s a very sad place right now JCPenney’s Victoria’s secret stores The jewelry stores all the stores that help made this mall great all gone. Replacement with second hand thrift stores. No more a place for the youth to go and shop. π’ β¦
Finally a mall with lots of stores.
Not what it used to be anymore. Used to be full of stores, but now they are just kinda filled with junk. I appreciate the fact that gamestop and barnes and nobles have remained here along with target. If the mall managed to lose these β¦
Not gonna lie I mainly only go to the mail for sleeping tiger and to buy rocks// but totally feel it’s a cool place over all.
The Midland Kohl’s has friendly employees, a clean store and great deals. I always find more than I’m looking for.
Good place to go if you can’t find cleats anywhere. Kinda pricy but that’s how it goes.
Quite a few stores in one big location! Kinda nice!
Wish they still had Victoria’s Secret.
Great for healthy walks and shopping π β¦
Like many malls, this one is struggling. The stores that were there were good. I stopped at Starbucks for a rest and coffee. The girl was very friendly and helpful.
Huge selection of clothes and apparel. Items available for all your sports needs and then some. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
Not many shops though they do allow mall walkers. The floor is sinking under the darker tiles. They have an amazing free coffee shop!
1st time at a Target, Google maps got me there and home.
The deadest mall in America. McDonalds finally went out of business there. Its kindof cool though because now its cheap enough to rent a space there that you start seeing stuff like axe throwing and baseball clinics start up.
Ok but pretty empty the last time I was there
Not overly crowded, good stores a great restaurant (Railside) very good food! Food court has a variety of different fast foods that are good. Good place to get your walk in. Lots of free parking. Very comfortable place to be.
Great mall, lots of store and good selection of food.
I enjoy going to the mall to meet friends for coffee. I’m not a shopping type of girl I’d rather be outdoors. It serves it’s purpose though
An amazing place to go shopping but not many stores. I hope this amazing place never closes
Really needs renovations, I get they’re expensive – but maybe an update would make more business. I used to love the mall and it’s so sad to see its basically a ghost town there.
First time in the in year’s. Took grandchildren to see Comic Con. The event was well done and they all had fun. A lot of stores closed from the pandemic.
Went there for a walk around and a quick bite. Love this mall I wish Baycity would incorporate more things like the coffee shop hang out and batting cages. Not like they don’t have the space.
A bit of a ghost town, smaller Barnes and Noble bookstore, limited options in food court, several openings for new stores, some stores weren’t open at all even at noon. Key stores here are Target and Barnes and Noble. Mall was clean, parking was easy, no noisy kids/teens running about so overall pleasant
More stores closed than open. Might as well just shut it down. Wasted trip.
Really just sat in the parking lot since I wasn’t feeling to well. It was more passing though then actually going to.
I delivered hospital supplies to the U of M off-site warehouse. All went well.
It’s sad to see that must stores are closed.. the up side the few that are open are super friendly and have great stuff. The food court was basically 3 places(Italian, which was great, Greek that was tasty and the Chinese place we didn’t get to try) the kids area was cute but otherwise I felt like we were in a zombie movie..
Took our grandson trick or treating there. They began at 4pm. School gets out then so by the time we got there it was almost 5pm. Most stores were already out of candy. Hope they change the times back to a later time. Had fun though.
So sad to see so many stores gone. Those that remain are worth shopping at. At least Barnes & Nobles bookstore is open.
This place has gone drastically downhill. Half the lights in the bathrooms don’t work, as well as only one sink working. So many empty stores it feels like an apocalyptic movie! The antique store and the laser tag are the only reasons we even go anymore
The vension and biscuit gravy was ok but 12 dollars was too much and don’t get coffee 3:50 just drink water.the place was nice setting beautiful pics on the wall .
Have always loved the Midland Mall, just wish they had more store’s.
Just your basic stores, not very much to offer as far as a mall. Food court has a few places that have decent food. If you’re looking to do a full on shopping spree, probably not where you wanna go. Other than that, it does the job.
had a great time can’t wait to go back.
They need to tear it down and allow separate buildings. They are not keeping things up…the weeds are out of control and it needs painted. So sad
Walking throughout it now versus a decade ago reminds me time does not spare anyone and back to dust we shall return for it is only fate.
Use to love coming to this mall. Now itβs just a sad dead mall.
Very good variety of places, good to come to for a lot of things you could want but a lot of things are pretty pricey. To be expected, though. β¦
Not the mall it once was, but that seems to be the trend in general as far as malls go. β¦
Super cool store! There aren’t many stores left in this mall but this one is unique and has a lot of really cool stuff.
Certainly more stock and better service than you would get in the Saginaw store. Highly recommend the Midland store.
My favorite spots to hit are “Buckle” “Bath and Body Works” and they also have laser tag/ pool tables for rent at “Orion Sports”. Check out the unique gifts from “Crystals and Collectibles” and enjoy a clean friendly shopping experience π ! β¦
Fun place when there are events going on. A few vacant areas, but it’s a nicely kept mall. Had a blast with the Kids World events!
Great place to go shopping, great for the holidays. I take my child here for trick-or-treating as well!
We went there for several years i love go there. I feel comfortable to see cops walk around there to keep people safe.
Would leave a zero star review, but unfortunately I canβt. I was at the mall and saw an older gentleman taking pictures of young girls inside modern nails. My sister and I approached and he played it off but he had very clearly taken β¦
Great shopping. Wish I had time to go to more stores. Ate dinner at Luckys & went to Kohls.
Railside Cafe was great! Nice Salad Bar and wonderful sandwiches
Small but fun. I go there with my daughter when we want to hang out. It’s a mall what more is there to say
It is obvious that this mall, like many in North America, is struggling to survive. Many stores have vacated, and they have been replaced by fly-by-night stores that don’t even have proper signage. What is nice about this mall is the children’s play area.
I absolutely love this place. They are very tentative and listen to your request. The workout any and all knots that you may have. You leave completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. πππΏβ€οΈ β¦
Mall management should be ashamed of themselves for the awful job of plowing snow from the parking lots, especially by the Yonkers/Barnes & Noble/food court entrances. The snow is in ruts at least 6 inches deep up close to the mall & has been for at least 2 days. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen!
There are so many stores here so many great deals and just the thought of Santa being there to inspire all the little children makes me so happy from the wonderful food to each and every one of the wonderful people that work here I will forever be thankful for coming and experiencing your mall and gladly shop there
The management of this mall just doesn’t care about maintenance and upkeep. The roof leaks in multiple places and businesses keep having to close due to it. And now they just lost the only reason why I went there, Zitoon Mediterranean β¦
We have lived in Midland for 11 years. Unfortunately, like everywhere else in the country, a lot of stores have closed and left. However, the stores that are open are interesting. Not the usual mall stores. Side note: it is a great place to walk when the weather is less than ideal.
It Isn’t like it used to be. Still a decent place to go, but not many options left for stores anymore. I still stop for Sunny Japan every chance I get though! Not as much foot traffic as there used to be either. Lots of empty store fronts.
