If you want hassle free banking use anyone else but Mid Minnesota. Costumer service is ridiculous and unwilling to help with any issues or questions you have.
Somehow my account is missing $310 and was transferred to an unknown account.. And it’s ridiculous that there is absolutely no one to speak to about it durning the weekend or on holiday days.. There should be an emergency contact number available for cases like this, where a person has no clue where their funds were transferred to..
Worst credit Union I have ever dealt with. Very rude service and any issue that came up that they caused the only thing I got was awful service. Bank anywhere but there.
Would leave less then one star if i could ! don’t use them they SHARED MY SOCAIL SECURITY NUMBER. I Left messages for the presendent of the bank and was lied to by multiple employees! Never even getting a call back do not bank here !
